Newly refurbished very beautiful with very nice and competent staff

The pool Is rather small and it is very noisy as it is next to the aircon of the next hotel and is smells of food out of the aircon so not a place you would want to stay to long but ok for a short swim

Apart from the peculiar first response we got from the hotel that seems a little auto-generated and not very welcoming despite the fact that we had chosen to spend a very special moment in one of their expensive rooms. We were delighted that we were greeted by a small cake and some balloons. The room itself was lovely, a little dated and the showerhead of the bathroom was spoiled. The balcony not being sheltered is ridiculous honestly. But the service saved the day. Each and every staff in the lobby concierge was up top. Especially the elder Indian gentleman who took care of us with his heart and the Malay gentleman who checked us in. Everytime we walked through the hotel we were beyond delighted and felt welcomed at every corner. And especially at the lounge as well. Despite a lacklustre selection, the comfort and ambiance was saved by the Indian managers warmth and hospitality

The room was of a decent size and we like that we can adjust the temperature of the air con to a suitable temperature. I called the hotel guest service executive before the date of check-in and explained that I have a spine condition and requested for a hard mattress topper. The guest service executive, Jay, checked with the housekeeping team, and the housekeeping team provided a wooden board and put it on the mattress before I checked-in. They also put a layer of duvet on top of it. It was very hard. Initially, I could sleep well. But I woke up in the middle of the night as i felt pain in my sacrum at 4 am. It would be more comfortable if they put 2 more layers of duvet on top of the wooden board. However, I still like to applaud the guest service executive Jay and the housekeeping team for their provision of the wooden board and duvet. The shower was very comfortable, and we liked that there was a big table inside the room, which made it convenient to have our dinner and breakfast at the big table. I would also like to compliment Elisha, the guest service executive who personally brought up the metal chair from Dolcetto as I requested for a hard chair for my room as I was not able to sit on the armchair or sofa in the room due to my spine condition. Other hotels that i had stayed in previously usually provided either plastic kettle for boiling water or just bottles of mineral water, which is not ideal. We also like the complimentary cookies and tea selection provided in the room.

I recently stayed at Conrad Singapore Orchard and had an outstanding experience. The hotel was impeccably clean, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Its prime location on Orchard Road offers easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment. The staff were attentive and friendly, ensuring my stay was comfortable. A highlight was the delightful breakfast, featuring a great variety of exceptional dishes. Overall, my stay was fantastic, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Singapore. I look forward to returning!

The room was modern, new, clean and spacious enough to fit our family of three comfortably. It was well equipped with amenities and the buffet breakfast was more than adequate to start the day right. Being a short walk to Orchard Boulevard MRT, the hotel was a good base for exploring Singapore. Service received from all staff were exceptional.

The sound traveled a bit from the lobby (especially when there were events), from the room next door and a bit from outside. Hotel pool is small and exposed to the buffet area. Even though it was raining and we didn't use the pool, the exposure probably would have deterred us from doing so anyway.

Rooms were generous size, Beds and sofa were very comfortable, and we slept like babies. Rooms were well serviced by staff and immaculty presented each day! location is 5 minute walk to the MRT, and 36 Bus runs outside the hotel which takes you down Orchard Road which was convenient for shopping! Staff were spectacular, we couldn't fault them. Anytime we asked for anything they were able to help in any way possible. Communication via whatapps and phone were sensational!

The hotel is quite elegant. As soon as you arrive at the lobby, you begin to experience luxury at its finest. The staff are welcoming and extremely helpful. The rooms were super huge, that exceeded my expectations to be honest. The location was also perfect - not too far from downtown where the attractions are, but accessible too. The airport is also a decent 25-30 minute ride depending on traffic.

Staffs are very attentive and professional. The only thing I wish they could change is the breakfast menu. I wish the menu rotate every couple days or so. We stayed here for 10 days and the only changes I notice is the congee. From chicken to fish and that’s about it. Other than that, everything was top notch
