The location of the hotel was really nice, 2 minutes walk from Tianglin Mall. Rooms were nice size and very clean. My favorite part of our stay was Summer Palace Restaurant. Very professional staff. Food was excellent. Everything about this place was excellent.

Loved the breakfast, design of the hotel, overall atmosphere and its location.

Check in could have room for improvement, especially informing incoming guests about breakfast times, pool access etc....

We arrived very early morning after a long haul flight and they were able to give us early check in which meant we could sleep and catch up on the jet lag before hitting the amazing Singapore

This hotel was stunning! The service from all the staff was exceptional - extremely polite, could not fault them. Used their laundry service and received my items back the same day, just hours later. They even let us use the fitness center showers hours after check out as we were flying internationally at 9:30pm.

Bed was a little hard.

The pool Is rather small and it is very noisy as it is next to the aircon of the next hotel and is smells of food out of the aircon so not a place you would want to stay to long but ok for a short swim

Hotel employees and facilities are all great 👍 Breakfast rich, Basilico Restaurant is perfect Truly recommend for all visiting Singapore 🇸🇬
