The hotel is amazing, highly recommend. The location is fabulous, just literally 1 minute from the crystal clear sea, and another minute from the bus stop nr 4 that takes you directly to the center. All rooms have sea-view, and a terrace - you will love it. We were happy with the breakfast selection, especially with the option to get custom-omlette (shefs were so very nice), F&B staff was all smiley and professional, the front office was also helpful. Although, we were most impressed with Lorena from house keeping - recognise her hard work and guest friendly attitude. Would definitely come back! I'd recommend to stay here :)

The bathroom is open, literally no door on it, right next to the entrance of the room. Funnily, the toilet closes only with a slide door.. I think most of us prefers a bit more privacy.

Hotel by the sea. Hearty breakfast and very kind receptionist. The hotel is a bit to be rejuvenated both for the common areas and for the rooms. Bathroom without privacy as the shower is visible.

Hotel not soundproofed in fact it is impossible to sleep after 8.00 in the morning. Hygiene not exactly at most in fact it was not dusted well and very often there was hair on the floor sign that they had not swept. We also found some bugs in the room. Despite being a 4-star, not all bathroom products were replaced. Soap and water in bottle were centellinated.

*I had originally booked this hotel however when I arrived I found the hotel to be closed undergoing renovations. It turned out my booking had been transferred to the sister hotel across the road* I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect—right on a beautifully maintained beach with stunning views of the sea. The rooms were bright, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable, featuring thick, deep mattresses that offered a great night’s sleep (a big upgrade from the hard, thin ones you often find elsewhere). I was pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful touches, like the in-room coffee machine, quality bathroom amenities, and beach towels provided. The staff truly made the experience exceptional—every team member was friendly, welcoming, and helpful, always ready to answer any questions. A standout moment was at checkout, when I was offered access to a room to shower and change before heading to the airport. It was such a thoughtful gesture that allowed me to enjoy a final few hours on the beach, even after checking out. Highly recommended—I’ll definitely be back!

There was nothing to dislike!

We had a lovely stay, the view from our room was amazing, the room was pretty standard but was comfortable and had everything we needed. The hotel is looking a little tired but the entrance is beautiful. We were on the sixth floor which seemed a little tired but was still clean and tidy. The buffet breakfast was everything you could ask for, so much choice, lovely bright and clean room too. The staff went above and beyond, nothing was too much trouble and they were so friendly. The location was perfect, the beach was literally less than a minute away by foot. There’s some shops around the corner and the bus service is easily accessible. We would definitely stay here again.

Right on Cala major beach , can see the Beach over the sea view balconies, pool has sun loungers and can eat outside by pool also , staff all very friendly and speak English , breakfast is amazing selection of everything! The lasagne for lunch is unreal , shops bars and restaurants minutes walking distance , taxis and buses , barnaba pizzeria amazing , about 30€ taxi to airport , rooms clean , lift , gym have been here previously and same exact things to say ! Best hotel I’ve stayed in at Majorca xx

Nothing at all I didn’t like !

It was a great option. My wife and I stayed for six nights in Be Live Experience Costa Palma and we were very happy there. Staff are very polite, bilingual and they will help you with whatever question or doubt that you have. Our room had a nice view to the sea. And it had a little balcony where we could seat and see the sunset, I highly recommend booking a room with sea view. Room had air aconditioner as well. Addittionally, the location is very quite, so you can sleep without any disruptions. Hotel is very close to the beach, only 2 minutes by walking. Same distance to restaurants, supermarkets and souvenirs.

Staff - excellent. Very professional and couldn't do enough to help. I mean right from the cleaning team, maintenance and especially Reception staff. Really lovely team. Location - right next to the beach Pool was checked twice a day and PH quality levels written on a board. Breakfast was also great! I would thoroughly recommend this hotel - I've stayed in lots of different places in the past and I rate this one highly.

Aircon a little noisy and slow to cool the room but nothing too major and worked well after a couple of minutes. Would've liked a little place to dry wet swimming things but just hung them over the shower door. Very hard to be able to find something negative to be honest. Oh yes! Once, I ordered a sandwich at the pool bar and it took over an hour to arrive. The lady was extremely apologetic and the kind gentleman gave me a free Coke as a way of saying sorry. What more could you ask?!

Everything was very good-location,staff,breakfast,beach👍🏽👍🏽.

We were not provided with the option of twin beds,which we had ordered in advance and received a confirming photo in the confirmation of our order.However,the manager did not take care of this situation on the spot,suggesting that we look for another hotel.We are two wheelchair users and we had communicated our needs and wishes in advance and received positive responses. Of course,this was the discomfort of a night’s rest on one bed((. Despite the fact that everything else was flawless and excellent 😊👍🏽!

Very good location, right next to the beach, literally 2 minutes walk distance. We got a room with a sea view, and it was awesome! The room itself was nice, with air conditioner which you will absolutely need if you visit during summer. Good clean pool, nice breakfasts with a choice of different meat/ham, cheese, vegetables, fruits and bakery. 24h shop nearby, and a couple of good places to eat. Close to bus stop. Also not far from Palma, ~25 minutes direct bus ride. Price compared to other options was really good. Overall me and my wife enjoyed our stay here.

Changeable quality of cleaning, out of 5 days only twice the cleaning was good. Sunbeds look a bit dirty and only half of them are soft cause they have mattresses. Whole hotel could use some renovation for sure, this doesn't affect the quality of your stay, but doesn't look nice either.

The hotel itself is beautiful, with comfortable rooms, stunning views, and great amenities. The location is perfect, allowing easy access to both the beach and the vibrant city center. We left with wonderful memories and can't wait to return. Highly recommended!
