The bar should have been open all day & to the evening. 12-5 is such a short time. There were so many people before & after this time around the pool that would have bought food & drinks. The hotel would make so much more money & there are so many people who would use this. I think there should have been more small plates/snacks available. Ice cream, crisps also. No music around the bar or pool, very quiet. A beautiful beach & restaurant near by. Other than that not many places to eat & drink, such as cafes etc.

Location was really nice, away from the crowd and city but there was still a beach and bus stop really near. Also really beautiful area we loved it. The hotel was really clean and the pool area was really nice. All of the workers (even the cleaners) were sooo nice to us. The breakfast buffet was nice and fresh even though I would have liked if they changed the menu at least a bit every day and if they’d had filtered coffee instead only the coffee machine. But points for having lactose free milk and oat/almond milk served! We were also able to rent a car and schedule a taxi ride by the hotel staff.

We stayed just one night to be “close” to the port for a cruise, but still wanted to enjoy the beach. The hotel is about a ten-minute walk from the sea, which was ideal. The room was clean, air-conditioned, and had a small terrace. The pool was also clean, and our teenage kids used it and enjoyed it. One real highlight was the practical amenities: the hotel offers a luggage storage room and, after check-out, guests can take a shower with provided towels, shower gel, and a hairdryer. That was extremely convenient and added real value. Breakfast was solid, with a reasonable selection.

There is no smoking area near the pool, so smokers are sent to the main entrance where the automatic door constantly opens due to the ashtray placement. The minibar and pool bar prices are excessive – we paid 14€ for a frozen pizza you’d normally get at a discount store for 3€. Also, there were too few sunbeds if everyone wanted to stay by the pool at the same time.

Had a great stay at Eurostars Marivent, staff at reception were very friendly and welcoming. Apologies did not get all names but Maria was very helpful. We had a lovely bedroom with massive bed and lovely views of sea and marina. Room was spotless. Daily housekeeping, again staff very nice. Fabulous breakfast each morning with great selections breakfast staff very friendly. Good location, nice walk to marina and Cala Major. Bus stop very close for transport to Palma centre (no 4 bus) but also easy walk ,about half hour stroll. Would definitely stay again. Only pity was didn't get to use pool facilities as closed for season but looked very nice and private. Would definitely stay again if in area.

This is my 2nd stay at Eurostars Marivent within 5 months, and this hotel will be my go-to for every subsequent visit to Cala Major. I stayed in April to celebrate my 51st birthday and being given a room on the 7th floor with the perfect view was the icing on the cake for me!! I love everything about this hotel, from its location, spacious rooms, beautiful showers, cleanliness, and awesome staff who are always available. Breakfast is good with a broad range of items available. It can get very busy in the dining room, so guests who prefer a quiet breakfast will need to come down early. I mostly love that the hotel is open for business during off-peak times! I spent Christmas 2024 there with my children, and we had the most amazing time. I'd love to visit when the pool and bar open to get the full experience.

Everything was perfect. If I return to Mallorca, I would love to stay here again. The location was great, right next to a main bus stop so it was easy to go towards the beach or the city centre. The hotel itself was clean, neat, beautiful and fancy. The breakfast was great and very generous and the facilities were in great condition. The balcony view was also lovely. The front desk staff and cleaning staff were exceptional, informative and amazing. I would highly recommend it, it was worth every euro.

Nothing, it was perfect. The hotel has nothing to improve on. I hope it keeps on being fantastic to all its' guests.

Pleasant friendly staff ,who were always very accommodating,whether on reception,in the dining room,at the bar or the staff cleaning the rooms . Nothing was ever too much . And everything done with a smile on their face . Good breakfast,wide selection of food available. Nice pool area.

The location of the hotel . The hotel is in an area mainly of private apartments. There are 3 or 4 small bars/restaurants within a five minute walk down a hill. The main centre for food and drink etc is a 10-15 minute walk away , with a pleasant beach area too . The bar in the hotel closes at 18.00, nowhere to have a drink at the hotel after that .
