Our room was lovely. Good size, nice styling and enough space to unpack and stow away suitcases. Kettle and coffee machine (Nespresso) provided in the room - a nice touch! Also towel robes provided. We had half board and didn't eat in the hotel all the time but when we did the selection of food was good and it was well prepared. The restaurant was a little noise and busy, we prefer a slightly more chilled atmosphere. Good location , less than 10 mins walk to the beach.

The room faced what I guess was the kitchen, so we had the noise from ventilation units and accompanying slight smell. I would have changed rooms if it had been possible but hotel was fully booked due to the triathlon.

The hotel was lovely - clean, bright and airy, with modern decor. Staff were friendly and attentive. The food was good, allergens labelled at the buffet which was helpful. Entertainment one evening by Nigel was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, I slept well for the most part. There was a variety of other people staying - younger and older couples, families with adult children, groups of friends and solo travellers. I did not feel like I stood out as a lone traveller. Spa facilities were a nice touch and it was good to have the option of something else to do in the hotel when the weather wasn’t so good one day when I was staying. Convenient location within walking distance of the old town and the beach and port, as well as a decent-sized Lidl very close by. I felt it was good value for money and even for a short stay, I enjoyed myself very much.

The buffet was a little repetitive but I tend to expect that at most hotels. I didn’t ask specifically for gluten free food, so maybe I would’ve been offered more if I had asked, but it would’ve been nice to have gluten free bread available at meal times without having to seek it out. The pool is unheated so unfortunately was far too cold for me to make use of when I was staying (late April/early May). The mini fridge in the room had a glass door and was not in a cupboard, so the light was a little disturbing at night - I use an eye mask so it didn’t bother me much, but may be more of an issue for other guests. The room walls were very thin and I found I could hear a lot of noise from other guests, which was disruptive some nights. Overall these are very minor issues though!

We loved the front desk staff. They helped us make dinner reservations at several restaurants. Lobby was spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good. Lemon or mint-infused water in the lobby during the day. The crowd was mostly 60+ but we felt very welcomed as a younger group. Street parking was easy.

No secure parking lot, only street parking. The hotel is in between the old town and the nicest beach (Muro), but not walking distance from either one. We didn’t get the all-inclusive upgrade, but the all day snacks didn’t look great.

Excellent hotel , very clean everywhere , food at breakfast and dinner very good . Different menus every evening .

The “Double bed” requested was 2 singles separately made and pushed together . Not a massive deal but would have liked a double .

We travel a lot and I would say this was one of the best hotel we stayed in Europe. The hotel was nice and clean. The hotel staff was carrying and always so helpful. Big thank you to the restaurant manager - it was my boyfriend’s birhday and he manage to set up a table with nice deciration and champange for us. Excellent drink and food every day. Deffinetly would recomend this hotel. Sending my parents for a vacation there and I hope we will be soon back as well. Thank you again!

Everything was just perfect.

Nice chill atmosphere great friendly hardworking stuff around who makes the things work. Good variety of decent food. I had a great time definitely would recommend to anyone who wants to have a nice vacation. All inclusive makes good experience.

Actually I got nothing on my mind. Maybe quality of the food at the snackbar could be better but that's all.

EVERYTHING! Staff are so wonderful and accommodating, as well as "not in your face." The Food! Like in the best restaurant. In fact, restaurants are quite basic in Alcudia and the hotel one has so many amazing options. The room was immaculate. Will come back!

British music all.the.time. But when I asked for Spanish music, it was played, so that's nice 😊

Location was great, 2 mins walk from the beach and Alcudia was in walking distance. Nice and clean. Pool area was lovely and so was the breakfast. Staff lovely and friendly.

The balcony had a stone wall instead of glass, wasn’t great to sit on and enjoy the view/sun.

This hotel is excellent it was my second hotel during my trip and was sorry I did not book this for my entire holiday staff food amazing Room queen bed amazing views pool area really trendy so good booking for early next year

The most comfortable beds I have ever stayed in! Very very clean. We had the breakfast nearby every day. Pool area is nice, lacking atmosphere at times but it was a quieter time of year and an adult only hotel so maybe that was why. Loved the bands for hotel keys as you never had to go looking for one. Really nice staff at reception and bar.

The balconies were VERY close to nextdoor. With a small plastic shutter only to separate. Breakfast was average. Some good music around the pool could of really made a difference to atmosphere. Maybe catered more toward older couples but if you're there just to relax it's good
