In the center of it all, just steps from the beach and within walking distance of the port. Overall, the value for the price we paid for 7 nights was reasonable.

The bq Delfin Azur didn't meet my expectations for a 4-star property. There is no coffee machine or iron in the room, you have to pay extra for the safe or pool towels. The cleaning service could have been more thorough as well. The room and especially the bathroom could use some improvement.

Hotel and staff.

When we arrived the room it had hairs all over the floor. Went to reception and asked to be cleaned next day but it kept almost the same as they didn't use de vacuum cleaner and floor cleaner, just the broom. That's a shame. We had food restrictions, informed 3 months before, and only at day 3 the buffet was more complete. Simple things.

Stayed here to participate in the Mallorca 312 cycling event. good location about 1.5 miles from the start. There is a bike store available for use and easy access to main roads. Decent if somewhat characterless pool. Standard breakfast buffet with plenty options but poor drinks. Clean rooms with fridge and hairdryer.

Road noise was an issue - had to leave my balcony door open as air con not working very well. Breakfast drinks not good - terrible coffee from a machine, no boiling water to make tea with and no fresh juice. Report on the evening buffet was not especially glowing but I didn’t try it.

The location is perfect, especially for bus connections to several places including, Puerto Pollensa, Inca and Palma. The hotel is light and bright, the receptions staff were exceptionally polite and helpful, Gio being only one of them. The pool is large and was very underused, possibly because of the time of year. Very helpful on checkout, a secure luggage room is available at no charge. Housekeeping staff were also excellent. They respected Do Not Disturb signs and we're friendly, always with a smile. We did not eat in the restaurant, so cannot comment. The in room TV had BBC, plus ITV as well as German and Spanish TV.

Only warm air came out of the AC unit. We mentioned this to the reception staff as it felt rather warm, especially at night time in the room. I believe that the cool air option is possibly only activated wef 1st of May. If that is the case, guests could and should be informed in advance when booking. It might be worth a mention, when dropped off coming from the airport at the bus stop nearest the hotel, you need to cross the road when catching the return airport shuttle, which is also where you would catch a regular bus to Palma and the A32 bus too.

Very clean rooms and very clean pool. Plenty of sun beds and pool very safe .

Pool toilets were dirty and not cleaned enough . Poor soap facilities and drying facilities in the reception bathrooms .

Pretty much everything went ok, not much to criticise. Also this was our first trip to Mallorca so don't really have anything to compare it to.

The toilet could use some toilet blocks or sanitizer. Apart from that, everything was pretty much what you would expect from this type of hotel.

The staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. And there are a 24/7 staff attended reception what make things great and safe. Breakfast is fresh and load of choices you will not go hungry from the table.

We had no balcony but we only stayed 1 night twice but it would have been lovely to experience that because we are contemplating returning next year to Mallorca. It would have been a great opportunity to show us because we started with your hotel and then we booked again the last night we were there.

Few options regarding meat and fish. Everything had a cost outside the food (safe, drinks at meals, towels).

Great location, super close to the bus station with airport link. Comfortable bed. Can't say too much as only stayed for one night.

Staff members who were booking me in and out could of been a bit nicer. There is no single cup, glass, spoon or anything like that in the room at all.
