Excellent hotel near everything you need to enjoy a relaxing hotel. Two minute walk to the beautiful beach, fabulous big pool to laze in, good restaurant at hotel with reasonable breakfast selection. Nearby are many restaurants, lots of shoping. Easy to arrange tours to wherever you want to go. Hard to find anything to complain about. We love Ao Nang and we loved this hotel.

Well, I booked the sea view room. It was great, no complaints about the room except that it was on the 4th floor with NO elevator. I'm a fit 67 year old and going up and down for six nights was no problem, but if you don't like stairs don't select the sea view room.

Lovely hotel right in the middle of Ao Nang . Rooms are bright and spacious with the views of pool . They also had little houses with direct access to the pool so I’d recommend to go for those perhaps as you can just walk out of the room and jump straight into the pool . We were in the main building on the ground floor so didn’t have to walk any stairs , luckily . There are some rooms on the upper levels too and it can get tiring walking up and down in hot months like April -May . Rooms have AC , kettle , fridge and small terrace with chairs . It’s facing away from the main road so you can’t hear any noise , yet 2 minutes walk from 7-11 and shops and restaurants so everything is easily accessible if and when needed .7-11 shop is opened 24 hours. The hotel has restaurant and pool bar with the nicest barman . He is very sweet and polite . Food is great . Drinks too . And cheap . Pier for the boats to Railey and surrounding islands is literally 5 minutes walking distance . I would hundred percent recommend this hotel .

Only thing was funny musty smell in our room but apparently wasn’t issue in other rooms . They also tried to charge me quite a lot of money when I asked for extra mattress for my daughter . Which I thought was a bit off . As the double bed wasn’t nowhere near big enough to sleep two people.I would however still give accommodation 9 out of 10 .

The room was big, nice view and very clean. Breakfast was very good. The lady who cleaned the room on the 3th floor was excellent

I had a fantastic stay at Aonang Orchid Resort and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Krabi area! From the moment I arrived, the experience was smooth and welcoming. The staff greeted me with a smile and even offered a welcome drink, which was a nice touch after traveling. The room I stayed in was huge—studio-style with plenty of space to relax and move around. It came fully furnished and had a private bathroom that was spotlessly clean. You can tell the housekeeping team takes great pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the resort. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet. It’s all-you-can-eat with a wide variety of options—everything was fresh and delicious. The outdoor swimming pool is another gem. It’s large, clean, and great for both kids and adults to enjoy. Whether you want to swim laps or just float and relax, it’s perfect. The location is also very convenient—just a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants, shops, and easy transportation options. The fridge in the room is well-stocked, though just note that the items aren't complimentary. Overall, a beautiful resort in a stunning area with great service and amenities!

The location, staff, quality of hotel, facilities and best of all the pool.. A very friendly, clean and comfortable hotel. Ideally situated being close to the beach and the main beach road. Both are only a couple of hundred metres away. There are plenty of ahops very close by including a 7-11 right at the hotel front entrance. All you need or want in a great hotel and location. Highly recommended. Great value too. There are also plenty of restaurants and markets close too. Amazing views great beach and very friendly.

My only criticism is there is no gym which would have made it perfect but never mind as it was an excuse to miss training.

The pool was really nice. My wife loves swimming so we got the room with direct access to the pool and it was very convenient. The breakfast was quite simple but quality was good. The location is not the best for pick up due to the narrow street near the entrance but that’s not really a big issue. It is a very nice location, not noisy, near a convenience store, and restaurants and clubs are not too far, not too close so it is a perfect distance for the music not to be an issue nor the walking.

The shower felt a little bit… outdated and sometimes the water would not go down properly, probably due to previous guest leaving quite some sand on the shower. If you choose the rooms with direct access to the pool, you might get ones that are near the small stream of water outside the hotel which is sewage water so when you walk to your room, it wont be the best view nor smell, but no a big issue

Very nice hotel, we stayed at villa number 6 and it was perfect. The room was so great size lot of space for bags and personal belongings. Staff were super nice the room was cleaned every day. Breakfast was good with enough varieties there are enough options to choose from. Pool size was great and the location is superb close to the beach, not far away from landmark walking distance from monkey trial. Near by are shops and restaurants ideal location

The only thing that I would mention that I didn’t like was a smell of canal while you where walking to the villa, but that’s the way infrastructure was build so I wouldn’t be complaint about that. Apart from that everything was perfect.

Pool assess was amazing Only issue being that the wooden floor on the patio is infact very very slippery I fell and bruised both my arm and foot enough that 1 week later they are still black. Pool staff amazing Pool little chilly but very refreshing The bed was omg the most comfortable perfect sleep the bath was very much used and enjoyed daily

Room cleaner was lazy ( room service plates left for over 2 days until we moved them ourselves seems to have a very quick wipe over then spray the room and leave ( she made brilliant towel animals tho )
