Rayavadee is truly one of the most incredible resorts I’ve ever stayed at. From start to finish, everything felt luxurious and unforgettable. The villas are spacious and beautifully designed, the pool is fantastic with views over East Railay Beach, and the breakfast buffet by Phra Nang Beach is outstanding. I loved that the property is basically surrounded by three stunning beaches, with plenty of spots to relax, including beach beds to lounge in. The main entrance opening into a bay feels magical, and The Grotto restaurant—set inside an ancient cave—is a one-of-a-kind experience. It’s been a month since my stay and I’m still dreaming about it. Without a doubt, I can’t wait to return.

I read that Railay Beach was busy - but it was insanely busy! The boats that lined up daily did spoil the view and atmosphere… also it made the area extremely noisy due to the engines - it sounded like a motorbike meet up!

It was the highlight of our trip to Krabi. Absolutely stunning. From room, to staff to facility.

We loved everything. Just beware of nasty mosquito's for international travellers. You need a good mosquito repellent.

Other one spa discount for honeymoon they don't really make you feel as special where as big brands from IHG or marriort gives you 20-30% off on everything plus points to stay during honeymoon. They don't really go above and beyond for the customer even though you spent like 4k to 5 $.

The outlay- just villas, no big complex, spread out in nature. We saw many different kind of monkeys, waran and enjoyd time at the pool. Close to busy touristy restaurants, massage places, shops- really nice if you want to buy inexpensive souvenirs,…

The noise of the many boats arriving near the breakfast area and sometimes the smell of the motor. Many tourists who don’t belong to the hotel climb along the sunbeam of the resort as the beach is public. No warning of the jellyfish but luckily you were prepared with vinegar so it is probably something that happens often?!?

Incredible location of the hotel, magical views and access to 3 beaches from the hotel. 100% recommend to visit this place to experience the beauty of Krabi. The staff is very friendly and professional, the pick up from the airport was excellent, we have 3 small kids and I was amazed how caring and attentive the staff was during the pick up. The hotel doesn't have kids club, however they have a schedule of very nice activities for kids and adults - cooking classes, crafting and cave climbing. Also staff is very kids oriented, my kids loved cooking class and bookmark making. Food for breakfast has a good selection, Grotto is a bit overrated, but still a nice experience. The restaurant next to the pool and Thai restaurant are also good. Infinity Pool is a very chilled and relaxing place, overall hotel doesn't feel busy even if it's fully booked, and the privacy is great.

Grotto restaurant is much smaller than it looks on the website and a little bit pricey, however the food was good and we had a good time. Rooms decor feels outdated, but well maintained. The gym can be improved in the hotel.

The property is a rain forest, so you are totally immersed in vegetation and all that comes with it... Monitor lizard, monkeys, Thai squirrels, Hornbills etc.... it is a truly wonderful experience. The food is excellent, especially at The Grotto where you can sit at twilight under beautiful rock formations. There are free kayaks and snorkeling equipment is also available free of charge. The staff are very friendly and the pavilions are extremely comfortable.

It rained on our first day, pretty much all day, but that is to be expected in a rainforest and happens in Thailand. It didn't mar our experience though, as it's still very warm. The beach does get crowded with day visitors, but we knew it would and it's not surprising, given the beautiful surroundings. Everybody has gone by around 4pm and after that it's very tranquil. You are not aware of the outside crowds when in the resort and could be completely oblivious to the day trippers if you didn't venture out of Rayavadee.

I don’t think I’ve ever stayed anywhere as magical as Rayavadee. The location is unreal, tucked between dramatic cliffs and surrounded by beaches you’d think only exist in postcards. The villas feel private and blend into the gardens so well you sometimes forget you’re in a resort. Service was friendly without being over the top, and little touches like fresh fruit in the room made it feel special. We loved the facilities. The only downside is high prices for their in-hotel activities and that the beaches can get a bit busy with day-trippers, but once you’re back inside the property, it feels like another world.
