The rooms were super clean, with soft fluffy extra large bath sheets, and the housekeeper was so attentive to our requests. I asked for some milk for making coffee on the 1st day and each of the 5 days we were there she left a small jug of fresh milk in our fridge. She stocked the mini bar with 8 bottles daily of drinking water, and put 3 new sets of towels in the room when turning down the beds in the afternoon. Anthony, the food and beveridge director, does a superb job of running 2 of the best local restaurants and the excellent breakfast buffet, one of the best during our month in Thailand. Both the restaurants decor, landscaping and general vibe is so relaxing, that we enjoyed 2 superb dinners at the Italian restaurant.

Too many dogs allowed to roam the hotel grounds. Many guests bring their dogs to the pool area and restaurants although it is prohibited. I stepped in dog poop by our sun bed next to the pool one morning. The staff cleaned it up very quickly. Even so I would still come back to this hotel because the staff are amazing.

We spent 10 days here and it was pure bliss. The resort is stunning, food was amazing and the staff went out of their way to make our stay very comfortable. Special shout out to Jackie and team at the pool bar.

Liked everything. Design of the resort and facilities are quite nice. The resort is fresh with plenty of vegetation that creates a relaxing atmosphere and gives shade in between buildings to hide from the scorching tropical sun. My room, a standalone one-storey villa, was of a decent size, very clean, with an emphasis on design sometimes at the expense of comfort but still very comfortable. Had an air purifier in the room, a set of drip coffee, snacks and a full mini bar with soft drinks including my fav tonic brand (no gin, just tonic:).

I made my booking through booking.com, after check-in I looked at the resorts web site and found out many promotions, specifically a promotion for the same villa I stayed in at almost half the price I paid. Now imagine my disappointment. So I addressed this issue with staff at the reception. One of the staff members, I think it was a shift manager, couldn’t do anything about it. She cheerfully made her best offer and suggested that I could get a free breakfast for the night I had booked, provided I extended my stay for more nights, a quid pro quo style… I find it worth mentioning since it’s rather not pro customer approach and this situation could be handled in a better way. Aside from that, my score for the staff would be 5/5.

We loved everything about this property, the staff and the food! We were upgraded to a king bed deluxe on the fifth floor. The room was a good size with a lovely balcony overlooking the garden. The shower was amazing and the bed was really comfortable. The pool was really nice and a great place to cool down and enjoy the property overlooking the beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had dinner at the ‘Praca’ and chose one of the set menu options which included 7 dishes. Each dish was amazing. Some of the best food we have eaten!

The staff were exceptional and made up for any shortcomings in the facilities. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was very good. Location was also very good with access to the beach.

The pool is relatively small for the size of the hotel. Also many of the guests were placing towels on sun loungers all day and often would not even be pool side. This was disappointing. The hotel also sells day passes for non residents and if your staying at the hotel you need to compete with these guests to secure a space near the pool.

This is a fantastic hotel. Decorated and furnished beautifully. It’s a lovely modern, cool contrast to what you’d typically find in Thailand. It’s super trendy without being pretentious. Specific praise goes to Praca (the restaurant). The food was delicious.

A few things were slightly off perfect. Not bad, but could have been better. Firstly, the breakfast and pool staff could have been a bit slicker. Some of the staff nailed it, others weren’t, this led to slightly inconsistent service during our stay. Finally, it can be a bit of a walk from the pool back to your room, depending on which block you’re in. Perhaps they could figure out a a shortcut.

The vibe and design of this place as well as the staff was outstanding. Location was great too. Easy walk to night market, fish restaurants and quick taxi rides to shopping centres as well as cicada market. We all including the kids had an amazing time

Beautiful green, cool well kept garden! Breakfast had a good mix of Western and Asian dishes, very good make to order service. Nice range of different breads, croissants etc. Breakfast staff were very friendly and smiling - they certainly know how to charm the guests 😊 Nice 25 m pool! Very cool, little hotel on a beautiful part of Hua Hin beach. The hotel isn't huge, which is very nice and never seems overly crowded. Like oyh Standard hotels, big on cool design. It is also located very close to the walking street. We very much enjoyed our stay and would love to return.

The gym was quite small. If you enjoy time in the gym, this may be an issue for you. It's also a little disappointing, in this day and age , not to have a Nespresso type coffee machine in the room in this caliber hotel.

Excellent location on the beach … lovely villa

With booking a villa we’re given access to what was described as a club lounge with cocktails & soft drinks for one hour between 3-4 each day. Only two cocktails to choose from & no other alcoholic drink! Service deplorable & a waste of time. The Standard need to decide is it a club lounge or not as it was the worst I have ever been in. Ended up not using it! Breakfast just ok & nothing special.
