The Hotel was beautiful and the proximity to the Beach was a Plus too. Especially for us since we were living in the Villas. Karon beach is an amazing Beach that is away from the hustle bustle of Patong and Kamala offering a clean and serene experience. The Hotel has an App to manage all requests and queries. They are very prompt on that too even in the middle of the night. We had a minor issues in our room for which they next day changed our room and even sent us a basket of fruit expressing their apology for the inconvenience. The Hotel has great options, but being Vegetarians we didnot have much food variety available (Indian Chef was on leave). However one Staff Member who happened to be Extremely understanding of our situation and would cater us almost personally was Pradeep (Pri). He went out of the way to ensure certain meal arrangements for us, making us feel extremely welcome. Definitely made our stay better. Would highly recommend the Villas & the Hotel.

Very expensive for anything extra (maybe I’m a little out of touch but after a month in Thailand this was a blow out stay for birthday but everything was double anywhere else) Not allowed to take own water or drink to pools and drinks are very expensive. Room had no view and was supposed to be a superior room we just looked at a roof! Not a single thing to see. Really disappointing as this was a big treat for 5 nights. Really disappointed with this it was like we were given the worst possible one room 1025 Breakfast was an extra 480 a day per person if paying on the day you check in or you pay more think 550 We opted to do this it was nice and filled us up for the day Taxi booked via hotel was 1250 to airport too which was double normal rates on bolt or indrive

We stayed in a Penthouse Villa King. The room was very large and well appointed. We enjoyed using the private roof top pool. The buffet breakfast each morning provided a large selection and variety of options of food. The service was excellent. We also used the 3m deep Coconut Pool often which was great. Proximity to the beach is good and there are many eating options outside of the resort.

The room we booked had a little pool and shower outside. This was really nice, and I like the layout of the room as well. Breakfast and in-room dining was amazing! no food wasted!! PS. room service was until late!!!! The hotel had heaps to offer from pools, activities, and facilities i.e. gym plus, it was right by the beach. My favourite was the main pool, and how they provide service while you're in the water. We were eating and drinking while in the pool - of course we made sure we didn't spill anything in the water. Ram was one of the amazing staff we've interacted with. He had a day off during our stay and when he returned, he went out of his way to bid us farewell. He was very kind and entertaining. The hotel location was perfect as it was near shops and restaurant. Most of tour booked activities included Karon for pick-ups. There were also welcome drink and cold towel they provide while checking in!!! Staff were super nice! I'd definitely stay here again, no second thought!

There wasn't much I didn't like - except for the random roach :( I don't mind other insects but just not that! I do understand that it was rainy season and also, as soon as I called reception they immediately went to our room and sprayed.

Central and peaceful. Great breakfast and friendly staff everywhere.

Bath took forever to run and it turned out the water constantly was draining from plug not sealing. So wasn’t very relaxing once in there.

It was modern rooms and close to beach and restaurants.

There was not a very good breakfast, the facilities was ok but not brilliant. We wasn’t aware until we got there that it was under some construction.

Room was a brilliant escape, clean, comfortable and spacious. Staff were friendly and attentive. Grounds were fabulous and peaceful.

Room was absolutely amazing with the penthouse pool, absolutely sublime place to wake up and also cool down after a long day in the heat. Would definitely go there again!

The prices of the bar at hotel reception was more expensive that London or Norway(astranomical) where there is a bar next door that sells beverages at normal Thailand prices, which is a pity as its a nice place to sit and enjoy.
