Breakfast was included and was nice, baguettes, hams, cereals, cakes, tea/coffee, juice. Reception staff very friendly and helpful-lent me an umbrella when the forecast was torrential rain which was appreciated! The hotel room was basic and in need of updating. Bed was comfortable, shower was nice and hot. Close to the National Museum. There is a Tesco a few minutes away which was nice for some home comforts.

The curtains hung on to the bed so you had to sleep further down the bed or your head was behind the curtain! Noisy with police cars going up and down a lot (possibly near the station??). Carpets were very dated and did not look clean-I would definitely not have walked barefoot. No kettle in the room to make tea or coffee.

The location is lovely, literally in the best place in the city as it is really well connected to everything without being in the tourist trap Center. Best value for money that one can get. The breakfast was a great surprise as it offered a really great array of options. The room was really warm once you turn the heaters on maximum. You don’t need to keep a card in the electric switch for the plugs to work so one can charge a battery while not in the room.

Just really minor things like the fact that the soap disposer in the bathroom was not really working well. Also it would be nice to have a mini fridge. We were tempted to put some beers out of the window to chill but the area is too nice for that.

Location was good, centrally located near the old town but away from the crowd. The metro station and bus stops are very near. The breakfast was very good. We are vegetarian and were happy to sea vegetarian dishes on the breakfast table. The staff were very helpful.

They didn’t have the AC and the room we were given turned very hot. After our repeated complaints they agreed to allot us a room on the opposite side which was comfortable. They didn’t even have electric kettle in the room.

The room smelled a bit by cigarette smoke, the rug could be cleaner. The staff is not very guest-centric. I witnessed a situation where a young couple asked for the double room they ordered only to hear from the staff that they give precedence to married couples and they have to understand that. Staff at the breakfast will keep refilling things, otoh they will kick you out at 10am sharp. The location is great, but bring your ear studs if you are sensitive to the traffic under the window, it overlooks a busy road.

Decent value for money, very good location really close to subway, bus or tram. Actually nice walking distance to the center, pubs or restaurants.

Sweet scrambled eggs (???) for breakfast and far too much mayo in tuna or eggs salad. They should be named mayo with eggs or mayo with tuna. My room view was to the inside court so I could open the window and breathe fresh air. I think it would be terrible experience with windows facing the street (very busy and noisy)

We arrived early in the morning and it was a great opportunity to leave our luggage in the hotel. Also, after checking out, we left our backpacks to explore Prague before the bus. It made our trip more comfortable and wonderful. Also, I would like to point at the perfect clean in the room and so comfortable beds. The metro station is near, and all touristic places are close as well. We are amazingly happy that we booked this hotel. Highly recommend🤗

The room had everything I needed, the bed was comfortable, the staff was friendly, everything worked out fine for me.

I had a room on the ground floor facing the street, but I've just closed the curtain and it wasn't too noisy. The decoration is a bit old-fashioned but still nice. I needed to leave my luggage after check-out for a few hours including a computer. I was disappointed that the luggage storage room was simply an open room with no control at all at the door, so I didn't leave my bag there in the end, but to be fair this is the case for most hotels.

- Location is convenient - close to central parts of the city and 24/7 shops - The hotel is accessible at any time 24/7 - Good price for a place to sleep

- Rooms are outdated and a bit dusty - No aircon, so have to open windows, but it can be very noisy outside, especially when groups of partygoers return to their home at 2am - Breakfast is decent, but very limited - strangely no eggs served

Unfortunately there was no iron and no tea/coffee facilities in the room. Whilst we were happy to experience the traditional breakfast. There was no toaster and as I can't have milk eggs and dairy it was difficult. I'd of been happy with toast or hot porridge. And the sausages were traditional chicken sausage. Plus the daily breakfast varied. Some days cous cous and some days pasta, with cheese boiled eggs and cold meats

Close enough to many of the main tourist attractions but far enough where you are away from the big tourist crowds. FREE breakfasts everyday! I enjoyed walking and exploring the surrounding area - not the tourist spots.

I didn't and cannot expect much from the good value I paid for. I was just there to sleep, shower and everything else before exploring the city.
