A hotel which clearly wants to offer its visitors an outstanding experience. All the staff were polite, happy and super helpful and the whole of the hotel was spotlessly clean and fragrant throughout. The room was extremely comfortable, quiet and relaxing whilst the hotel opcation was just perfect - less than a 10 minute stroll into the centre of the Old Town. Complimentary prosecco and wine was a wonderful touch.

This hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff were so kind, helpful and friendly (especially Olga!). The free Prosecco and wine in the lobby was an excellent touch! The room was so comfortable, clean, and the bed was amazing! The only thing I might suggest is a light in the closet. It was a bit dark, which made it difficult to see clothes in it. But that didn’t affect our experience. The location was fantastic. It was just far enough away from the main tourist areas that it wasn’t chaotic (it was nice and quiet) but close enough that we could very easily walk to just about anywhere we wanted to go.

Loved everything

My stay at the Manes Hotel was truly exceptional. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The room had a delightful aroma, creating a calming atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Additionally, the hotel is situated in an excellent location, making it convenient to explore nearby attractions and enjoy local dining options. Overall, my experience was nothing short of fantastic, and I highly recommend the Manes Hotel for anyone seeking a memorable getaway.

That they did not have a bell boy.

One of the best hotel stays we have ever had! The staff were so accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay special as we were celebrating a birthday. We arrived early in the morning and we were quickly welcomed with complementary drinks and shortly after our room was ready. The room itself was gorgeous and it was also really well sound proofed so we had zero disturbances. We really enjoyed the breakfast selection - particularly the baked goods and option of having a cheeky glass of fizz or mimosa. The location was also perfect, surrounded by cafes, restaurants and bars and with just a short walk to old town. We loved our stay & cannot wait to stay again when we next return to Prague.

Nothing - Everything was fabulous.

This hotel was by far the best I’ve stayed at in a long time. It was in a very safe location, and getting around was incredibly easy. It took less than two minutes to reach the tram. Staying here during our trip to Prague was definitely the right choice, and it made our trip so much more enjoyable. The rooms looked exactly like the photos—spotlessly clean and very stylishly decorated. Apart from all this, I would like to give a special thanks to Olga and Maryna. After an unfortunate incident, they were extremely helpful and always treated us with kindness and support. They felt like two friends to me, and I’m so happy I had the chance to meet them. Without a doubt, Olga and Maryna were the best part of staying at this hotel. Thank you for everything! If I ever come back, I will definitely stay here again without hesitation.

The staff were exceptional and made us feel welcome from the first moment we arrived. The decor was lovely and the housekeeping was excellent. We loved the location, so convenient to the tram and metro and right off the Vlatava River on a more quiet street with multiple restaurants, coffee shops and even a laundry service right across the street. It was an easy 20 minute walk to old town and Charles Bridge. We enjoyed being in the New Town district away from the crowded Old Town area, but within walking distance when we wanted to venture down. The rooms are super quiet. We never heard street or neighbor noise.

We loved absolutely everything.

This hotel is cozy and well-located. Everything was spotlessly clean and we really appreciated the complimentary drink in the lobby after a day of walking/exploring. It seemed to be mostly couples staying there. We stayed in a duplex suite on the top floor, and even in early April, it was really warm at night. But we asked reception for a fan and they had it delivered right away, which made for a comfortable sleeping environment. We did have windows we could crack open, but the outside noise was too loud to keep them open at night. However, when they were closed, you could hear NOTHING. I’m a very light sleeper and it was perfectly quiet in our suite. We thought this hotel was a great value and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Great cafes, bars, and restaurants within walking distance as well. All the staff we encountered were really helpful and friendly.

welcome at reception was excellent. staff super friendly and welcoming. offered welcome drink and cake, which was available throughout our stay!!! such a lovely bonus. also got some lovely chocolates as a thank you for staying with us when we checked out. we went to get our luggage later and were still offered complimentary drinks. housekeeping staff very friendly and room was very clean .... and this was maintained throughout our stay. location is great too... very close to the river which is the best landmark to base yourself on! breakfast at Lola's next door was very good and the staff super attentive and friendly. being a street cafe, it was popular even with people walking past.. You can pay for all the extras at hotels but good service costs nothing and this hotel had plenty of it. Highly recommend it.

nothing.... for us it was perfect. only down side is steps... not suitable for people with mobility access... there is one step to reception and 5 steps up to the lift - which is narrow and not wheelchair suitable

I was very satisfied with many aspects of the accommodation. First of all, the staff were extremely friendly and attentive. They kindly asked if I needed anything or if there was anything inconvenient, and they made it easy for me to store my luggage. The hotel was clean from the entrance, and the room itself was also well-maintained and tidy. The bathroom and shower area were clean as well, and all the basic amenities like towels and toiletries were well prepared. Most of all, the location was excellent — it was easy to access major tourist attractions and public transportation. There were also many nice restaurants and cafés nearby, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a very satisfying experience, and I would definitely love to stay here again.
