Excellent location of the hotel. There is a metro and a tram stop nearby, as well as the Grand Bazaar, but the streets are calm and clean. The waterfront is a 10-minute walk away My friends and I stayed for 4 nights in a suite, room 312. The room had two bedrooms and one bathroom. It was clean and spacious, but to use the toilet, we always had to go through the first room. Breakfast is served in a restaurant with a panoramic sea view. The food was very tasty and, for us, quite varied. In the evening, we dined there—the food was delicious, and the staff was amazing! The hotel staff are true professionals—very responsive and quick to solve any issues. There is a small museum in the hotel, free for guests, which we really enjoyed. During our stay, the spa center was not operational, so we couldn’t try it. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and are grateful to the staff—thank you all!

This is not a 4-star hotel—each guest only gets two towels, there are no bathrobes, no dental kits, only shampoo and shower gel, which are not replenished. Complimentary water and tea are provided only on the first day. However, this was not a problem for us. The rooms were clean and warm, with daily housekeeping

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel in Istanbul at Antik Hotel. Everything was perfect – the rooms were spacious and spotless, the cleaning staff did an excellent job, location of the hotel was perfect and the breakfast was varied and delicious. The view from the 5th floor was absolutely stunning, making it a lovely place to relax. However, the restaurant on the 5th floor was a bit disappointing as it didn’t have many dishes to choose from, and the staff there weren’t as friendly or welcoming as the rest of the team. Despite that, it was an overall fantastic experience.

Breakfast was fantastic. Rooms are not the best but clean. Location of the hotel is perfect, the tram station is just next to you.

The staff were a little harsh and uneasy going. We booked for 14 adults - 2 children / 7rooms. The front desk was complaining that we shall not be allowed as it is against the rule of number rooms and occupants. Well, you have already agreed the reservation and nothing was secret from the first place. Anyhow, we had 1 more guest came the next day and we want extra room. I was told it would be 70€/ night in the morning and then i 3hrs later i wanted to reserve the room i was told it is 75€/night and 4hrs later i wanted to pay I was told 80€/night. Clearly no fixed roles whatsoever.

Excellent location next to grand bazaar, 20 minutes walk to blue mosque/Hagia Sophia (or a 5 minute or so tram). Staff are helpful and always available whenever needed. Breakfast had a lot of selections (however it was more traditional Turkish options which may not be to everyone’s taste). Excellent view from the top floor.

Breakfast had extras that had to be paid for. Understandable for bigger dishes but this included orange juice also. There were no irons made available in the hotel (banned from rooms). They instead offered a laundry/ironing service. This can be an issue as if you need clothes to were there and then, the best turnaround we were offered was 2 hours.

What I loved about this hotel was the staff, who were incredibly polite, they warmly welcoming you and assisting with any need you had. We absolutely loved the restaurant on the fifth floor, which is truly worth a visit. The lady at the buffet was also very kind and made an excellent coffee. The housekeeping staff were also true professionals at their job. Finally it worth noticing that the location of the hotel is very safe, beautiful and very close to the most of the sightseeings and the metro station. Everything in this hotel is perfect!

The location is excellent -the tram line and the grand bazaar just 5 mins away. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Sevcan who helped organize our tours and was extra sweet. Murat spoke very good english and helped us a lot. They checked us into a big room with a double bed and two single beds which had two toilets which was very handy. We used the Thai massage at the hotel and it was really good. I recommend it especially after all the tours and walking. The roof top restaurant had great food and reasonable prices. I will definitely stay there again.

Just that the AC did not cool the whole room. It was not a big problem at the time because the weather was cool outside.

Great location if you want to see the "old" part of Istanbul. Metro and tram are 10-15 min walk from there. If you need to go for any other day trip around the city, hotel will help you with ride (club cart) and bring you there. Stuff was very polite from start till end of the stay. Room was clean and cleaned every day. Breakfast was great. Highly recommended!

As a recomendation - not any widow in the bathroom and an exhaust fan will help a lot.

location was very near to the tram and close to metro and all the attractions of the old city. i have booked a suite, the room was big modern with big shower and very clean and comfortable. the breakfast was ok. the staff was very helpful especially the lady at the reception. she was very friendly always give advice for the nice places and the shopping area with good prices for jewelry. I forgot her name .

Location is great: tram is 3 mins walk, metro is 10 mins walk. Breakfast is great: you have everything there, vegetables, cheese, different eggs, soup, flakes, pies, no complains. Rooms are nice, but it was a bit cold, our a/c didn't work properly and staff changed our room for a bigger one and a/c worked well. Thanks a lot for your attentive approach.

A safe in the room could be larger. The restaurant on the rooftop isn't great, despite the nice view. Unfortunately, the food wasn't good.

The staff were really nice, and the room was good. We booked the family room which was perfect for us. Really fancy which we liked and the breakfast was good, could have more options tho. The view from the top(where breakfast was so pretty. On the last morning they even packed our breakfast as we needed to leave quite early. The location was really good too. Overall really good, would stay here again!
