Wonderful experience, the hotel is comfortable and its location is convenient. We faced a problem with the room service staff as they were stingy in supplying the rooms with drinking water bottles, as they only put two bottles even though the room accommodates two people and the system is two bottles per person per day. Unfortunately, the problem was repeated and it was solved by the wonderful relations Mr. Nilay The breakfast is very good, the reception, special thanks to all the reception staff , restaurant staff and special thanks to Mr. Nilay

An exceptional hotel, from the rooms to the staff and the appearance. Cleanliness at all times and you have everything you need. And what I liked the most is that I can communicate with them for any problem or question and for that I thank Nilay from the bottom of my heart who was there every time I had a problem or didn't know something, he solved it for me in the shortest time or explained it to me in a way that I could understand. It would be perfect if every hotel had a person as dedicated and professional as Nilay. Thank you very much and we will definitely be back! An excellent experience!

The experience that we had at Golden tulip was beyond expectations. The staff were on the mark with making sure that everything was clean and well taken care of. The only complaint that I have is that it’s pretty far away from some of the tourist areas but that is also one of the good things about it. Simply because some of the hustle and bustle of all the people downtown and near the tourist areas can get quite loud and somewhat stressful. There are many stores and very good walkable restaurants close by including a 24 hour grill that is absolutely outstanding. I wish I would’ve got its name, but it’s around the corner. Our room came with a wonderful view of the city and offered views of both continents. The café at the bottom on the first floor has really excellent food and very kind waiters.

Our stay at Golden Tulip was exceptionally comfortable. The room was beautifully designed, modern, clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet spread, the room service food which was presented so beautifully each time and dining at the Montana restaurant in the hotel. We really appreciated the fact that there was no alcohol in this hotel. The staff were great especially Nilay who went above and beyond to check in with us regarding our stay throughout the week and to accommodate our late check our request and was helpful and friendly throughout our stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Golden Tulip , and it truly exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with friendly hospitality. The hotel offers fantastic amenities, including a well-equipped fitness center, a relaxing spa,with steam room sauna and a large pool area. The breakfast buffet is incredible offering a wide variety of fresh, delicious options to start the day.the rooms are very comfortable calm and spacious. The staff went above and beyond. They were always willing to assist with any request. Thank you very much to Nilay that made my stay a wonderful experience. would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

The hotel services at the beginning was not very satisfactory. This started by not having the proper support for giving a power plug adaptor ! However, after speaking with the guest relatiI would like to a manager , Ms Nilay, things changed 180deg. She was an excellent listener and caring. She has done a great job to relief the dissatisfaction and give solutions. She was following up to please the guests.👍 I would like to thank her much. She is a STAR 🌷 I will come again. The hotel and our room was marvelous! We had really good interaction with Nilay from guest relations, and she made sure our necessities were met.

The location was kind of tricky during the night but we had no incidents and we were able to get to the city center very quick. The breakfast should be improved, there are very few options for a 5 star hotel. Also I would add smart TVs in every room since not all of them are updated. Also the minibar was empty and the bathroom facilities were pretty low.

Hotel was really nice, clean and comfortable. Location is in a local town but it is near a tram line that is easy to get to any main tourist attractions and also 10 minutes away from a local mall. Check in and out simple, and staff were very accommodating.

A couple of days in my stay kitchen staff were a bit slow in refilling drinks machine at breakfast time and room service took time to take dishes/food from rooms. Otherwise, the hotel is lovely to stay at.

The hotel was amazing for the price – definitely great value. The food service was one of the best I’ve had, The restaurant is so good you could eat there all day without leaving the hotel. The location is also super convenient, just a short walk from two metro stations. The room was clean and had everything I needed.

The only downside was the housekeeping – they don’t check if you’re in the room before coming in, so they might disturb you in the morning. If you love sleeping in, this could be annoying.
