Service is great, the staffs are really warm and helpful.

It's the parking issues in the hotel and the crowded lift.

The hotel room was very spatious and the staf was very helpfull. The room was cleaned daily and the bed linnen and the towels were imaculate.

The furniture seemed a bit outdated. Even though the room was cleaned daily and overall it was preatty clean there were small details that could be improved. The carpet had some stains and it seemed to have been cleaned in a hurry and not in a very thorough manner. The windows were also preatty dirty. The breakfast did not provide a lot of options and overall was not worth the price for teh buffet.

The cleanliness of the room was exceptional and the size of the room exceeded our expectations! We enjoyed our stay to the fullest. The guys at the reception were very welcoming and helpful with our check in.

That we weren’t allowed to go into the African bar even to look around. We felt unwelcomed and discriminated. The guard told us to leave. We entered another bar on the higher floor (as we were told that it was for white people. But there were only Filipino people (the Filipino stage performance in the leather pants was hilarious though!). Nevertheless, the guard approached us promptly, saying that the club is actually full and encouraged us to leave.

There are 5 clubs in the hotel. Too much noise in the streets until 5am in the morning and my room was on the 7th floor. Screaming women and raucous banter. don’t think the windows are double glazed. Was impossible to sleep. that was a major disappointment. I cannot recommend this hotel because of the noise factor, even though room was good. Alternately, if you must, ask for a room facing the back of the hotel.

The staff was very nice especially Mr. Haseeb who was really helpful, kind, and respectful. Also Ms. Preeti and Ms. Warsha at the reception who were very friendly and helpful. Our room was also bug in size which was so good. Thanks.

There’s a bar right next to the hotel as well as on the top floor and another one which make it loud every night and that maybe families should be more careful. Also, there was all the time smell of cigarrettes in the elevator and the bathroom which doesn’t suit the hotel, I believe.

Only i have problem about outside view, am always like to stay 8number or 7number. Because that view is good more than other side. And sometimes when am checking time there is nothing water bottle to drink.and after 2hours one of staff he knock the door kept one bottle out side the door,but i like to request before I’m checking to the room keep it water bottle. One of day housekeeping guy knock the door like a 10am asking from me need cleaning or not. But that day i have to check out. I don’t want any occupied cleaning service, i think room boy have to know which room have to check out and which room have to give occupied service. Because that time i was slept. Can improve this small things. Overall nice place to stay

Big strong points: all hotel staff - very hospitable and attentive with guests ; location - A2 bus can be used to go to/arrive from Abu Dhabi Airport under 4 aed / pers / trip by purchasing a Hafilat public transport card ; this card can be recharged and used through all Abu Dhabi public transport (one bus trip will cost 2 or 2.5 aed ; tickets cannot be purchased from the driver and card must be validated when going in and going out from the bus) ; moreover, at any time, no matter how late, you can find something to eat/buy nearby hotel, area being very safe ; big room with kettle and with everything needed for a good stay (free tea, coffee, bottled water, toiletries, sewing kit, safe-deposit box), bathroom with bathtub ; clean room and good breakfast. All in all, I would stay again with pleasure!

Despite the fact that the room was clean and no trash was deposited during my stay, I found two cockroaches in my room, in one of the evenings.

The rooms are comfortable spacious and decently furnished. Its location is good with access to a variety of shopping areas, good restaurants and other facilities. It’s not far from the Abu Dhabi’s beautiful corniche for walking and sightseeing.

No valet parking so you have to look for parking areas in a relatively congested city location, however, you’ll eventually manage to get some parking even though with some difficultly. I hope they will provide valet parking for hotels guests.

I recently stayed at howardjhonson and had a fantastic experience! The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a free upgrade to a deluxe room, which was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had an amazing view. The amenities were top-notch, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. I highly recommend hwardjhonson to anyone looking for a great place to stay. Five stars!

It was a great stay. I like the location of the hotel, everything is nearby, there's a vibrant discrit. The hotel is good, I was staying here for the second time. I really like that they have a proper bathroom.

The price of renting was a bit high, last time it was more affordable. But, probably high season. The room had every complect for 1 person and no coffee, but once asked they brought it really fast.
