The location is just about 3-4 minutes walk from the Burjuman metro station (which happens to be a changeover station between metro red and metro green), so location wise it's perfect. Burjuman mall is just around the corner. There's lots of food places nearby. There's a teas shop just around the parking ( they had very good tea and momos). The breakfast buffet had very good options for both veg and non veg.

The room that I booked via Booking.com mentioned that it had a nice city view. All I got to see out of my window was the next building. This was disappointing for me especially when everything else was on point(all the other facilities were good).

The hotel has the most attentive staff who really care about guest. We would like to express our sincere appreciation to all of them. The hotel has high standards of cleanliness and we especially want to thank Sita from housekeeping department as well as Fella. Abhiraj, Eugene, Sagar with the girls from FnB team during the breakfast and dinner time were absolutely stunning, they greeted us with their smiles and make sure we are satisfied with a service. Ganga from bell desk such a lovely person who greeted us with a smile from the moment we step into the hotel unitil our check out. Mahmood and Franz at the Front Desk were outstanding and they provided early check in. On the rooftop there is a swimming pool / 24 hour gym and a realy nice person lifeguard Dileepa who is there to assist with all you need. The hotel rooms are specious , extremely clean and comfortable. The location in Bur Dubai is convenient if you wish to be close to the center and the airport. There is a metro station Burjuman just 5 min away from the hotel. There is a local hyper market Lulu opposite the hotel. We were staying during the National day and the hotel management invites us to the cutting cake ceremony and celebration which was so nice guesture. The reception staff were fantastic, very helpful and friendly. Very good facilities for smokers even in the bedrooms if required. The location was good for us near the airport and metro system. OK value for money.

We didn't expect the very loud and vibrating music from the night clubs in the hotel every night from 22:00 until 04:00 in the morning. The hotel was undergoing renovation that we didn't know before booking meaning bar facilities were unavailable and some noise of builders during the day was disturbing.

Everything was great—the location, comfort, cleanliness, and staff. However, one thing that was really annoying was the noise. It was loud until 3 or 4 a.m. with the sounds of people, loud music, and even the elevator, which was much noisier than normal. I had reserved a room with a city view, but I was given a room with a patio view, which was directly above the service area, making it even more noisy and inconvenient.

The property is simple and to the point and yet providing all the facilities. Rooms are clean and the staff is always there to make you welcome warm. From affordable meal plans. I would like to go out of my way to thank Harshani, Rachita and Alok , who assisted a lot by simple gestures made it more welcoming .

Beds can a bit more softer. Slippers can be better which are provided .

Everything was just perfect and well planned before. Staff was kind, helpful and smiling all the time. Mr. Sanjay helped us a lot during check-in in order to find a better room for us. He is a master of his craft!! We thank him a lot. thanks all the hotel staff for their gentle and smiling services. We look forward to stay there again.

Great value for money stay near Burjuman station, location was fantastic, place was clean, staff were friendly named Dinesh who carry my luggages, breakfast was great, water pressure was strong and water heater worked well.

The staff was very good. Ms Diana at the reception was very helpful.

The house music, which is a selection of 10-15 instrumental songs plays non stop throughout the day, on all floors and can be heard in the room, it's very disturbing especially when you intend to sleep. I would suggest that it should be confined to lobby only and from time to time the selection of songs played should be changed.

Everything was amazing, every staff made our stay extremely satisfying. My special thanks to RACHITA, very helpful, Humble and very professional in her duties. Everything was better than expected. Would definitely visit this place again. Thanks to the entire team and RACHITA !!!!!!
