Of course when something is top quality you expect everything to be up the standard. The cafe Nikki food was nothing more than standard and was quite expensive. The pool gets very crowded at times, and there is very little personality in the decor. I get that it is a chain but why make it exactly the same all over the world. Add some local differences to spice it up a bit. The position is also not great. It is close to the port so for swimming in the ocean not amazing and it is far from the city for work. The world renowned club was closed but due to the off-season.

We visited Nikki Beach in October for a short getaway. When choosing a hotel, we focused on the location and the beach, and we were absolutely delighted with our choice. The hotel is nestled in the new Pearl Jumeirah area, away from the towering skyscrapers and crowded developments. The surroundings are low-rise and peaceful, creating a sense of seclusion that makes you feel as if you've escaped the bustling city of Dubai. The beach is wide and beautiful, with a stunning shoreline perfect for long, leisurely walks. We loved the hotel's intimate, boutique feel — its compact size, spacious and modern rooms, and sleek design make for a refreshing, contemporary atmosphere. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. One of the highlights was the serene ambiance; it was truly a place where you could unwind and disconnect. The pool was fantastic, offering a chance to cool off in chilled water, and the food was delicious and satisfying. The location was also perfect, with easy access to attractions like the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall by taxi. We would especially like to highlight the professionalism of the team working at Nikki Beach Hotel. Everyone, from the housekeeping staff to the receptionists — and particularly the restaurant staff — was incredibly friendly and highly competent. They were great at engaging in small talk, which made the experience even better. We truly appreciated the professionalism of the team at this hotel. The management has done an excellent job selecting the staff. It's clear that the hotel is very well run. We were thoroughly pleased with our stay and are already looking forward to returning to this hotel for our next visit.

The beach is superb

The looks of the hotel itself are gorgeous, the beach is clean, white sand and turquoise water. Gym was good, plenty of weights. Spa was great. Professional, high quality service. Some parts of breakfast were good: coffee and pastries.

The location is actually further away from DIFC than it looks, due to the traffic jams. The Jumeirah Pearl is unsightly and full of unfinished constructions and renovation works (this is not the fault of the hotel though, but location matters). The breakfast was good but not great. The proteins (eggs, sausage, meat, salmon) did not taste good and seemed low-quality and processed. The staff is very attentive to feedback, and those issues may be solved in the coming weeks or months, so check more recent comments.

I am already loyalty in this hotel Nikki Beach before the amazing manager, Mohammed Barouni. He’s amazing. We missed him a lot. He’s diplomatic. He’s gentle. He take care his active I hope he found amazing job in his future special thing for Mr. Rakan. He’s diplomatic, smiling he’s around in the lobby, surfing his guest and I want to thank all the receptionist they are amazing and special tank for Mamo, Lola Lola and PIANDON and FREDERICK and for housekeeping ATIAR and BALANATN and HOVEEPING and I want to sing special thing for RICKUNEGEADAM special thanks and RIPTCILA thank you for all this stuff. They are amazing and the manager for the restaurant I think he’s from Asia. He’s amazing. Thank you.

I like the view it’s amazing and the stuff they are amazing and because all of this because the manager, I believe he do meeting and that’s why the stuff special thing for Mr. Hanna he control about everything all the details of the hotel thank you

Beautiful hotel all round. Modern and low key, not flashy at all. Also not a huge party scene which I was a little worried about, but a good vibe with a DJ around the pool in the afternoon. Huge room and balcony with partial sea view. Super helpful staff - allowed me a late checkout very easily. Perfectly appointed gym. Beautiful beach and pool. Delicious breakfast. Great restaurant next door (Bungalow 34). Beautiful little boutique. Couldn't find a fault! Cannot wait to come back. Also very close to J1 beach where all the beach parties take place.

That there is discount at the hotel , but cause i booked through booking im not included which is odd Nothing for free no drinks no nothing even the happy hour discounts on room service doesn’t feel like a discount prices not showing before and after and still coast big No lights at the balcony The tv and speakers disconnecting alot was annoying

We liked the fact this is a low lying hotel, spacious and on a stunning beach. The hotel smells lovely too! reception very welcoming, our room was lovely and large, good sized bathroom, great shower and free-standing bath and then separate 'dressing/wardrobe area". Large bed and very comfy. Nice large balcony too. Pool area was nice, we used the sunbeds on the beach although it was quite windy! We used the gym a couple of times, really good facility.

Location is the main barrier to this place being perfect, as it feels quite a way out and isolated. There's nowhere you can walk to for dinner outside the hotel so we did taxi it to anywhere else we wnated to go. The hotel is also right in front of a huge dry dock, so not the most picturesque!

From the minute we walked in the foyer we felt welcomed . The breakfast that was offered made my jaw drop just seeing the options and the quality of breakfast was 5 star in itself. The rooms are kept so clean on a daily basis nothing to fault. Then out at the pool /beach area on the sunbeds you have people like Rasool who would lay you a clean towel and then the whole day were taken care by Rasool would offer us drinks food or even shade he would position the umbrella. I felt like a Queen.

What I didn't like?... absolutely nothing.
