My recent stay at Vida Greek Harbour was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel's location is perfect. The room was immaculate, reflecting a high standard of cleanliness and comfort. It was well-appointed with modern amenities, ensuring a restful and enjoyable stay. Waking up to the breathtaking view of the harbour marina. What truly set Vida Greek Harbour apart was the staff's incredible hospitality. Every team member was friendly and went out of their way to assist with any request. I must give a special mention to Jerck, who was exceptionally helpful and kind throughout my stay. His dedication to providing excellent service made a significant difference and added a personal touch to my visit.

This hotel is fantastic in every way. The room had everything we needed, and the service was exceptional. They let us check in and out early without charging us extra. The reception staff were really friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The room cleaning was quick and thorough, and the breakfasts were delicious — they serve the best cappuccino I've had in Dubai. We loved the location, especially Dubai Creek Harbour. It's one of the prettiest areas we've visited in Dubai, with its beautiful waterfront, a lovely park in the middle, and a walking path to Festival Mall. Our evening walks were especially delightful. Nonetheless, I highly recommend this hotel for both short and long visits.

The only downside was the booking cost; booking in advance ended up being more expensive than if we had booked last minute.

Great location for a relaxing break, lots of restaurants to choose from within walking distance. Pool was big and clean and you can’t beat the view. Staff were all capable and friendly. Food from the terrace restaurant was excellent and very reasonably priced. A huge selection of international dishes - all of which were produced to a very high standard. Coffee bar in lobby also excellent - velvety cappuccinos and delicate pastries.

Not enough beds round the pool area if you are a family which was annoying. You can’t put a card on file but you have to keep paying deposits for your food and drink to be able to charge it to the room which was a hassle. House keeping a bit hit and miss with restocking towels, water etc. Breakfast disappointing and disorganised considering the good standard of food everywhere else in the hotel but the unlimited coffee was good. Breakfast restaurant very hard to find on the first day!! It is accessed through a staircase in the SoulGreen restaurant.

The young Indian waiter at breakfast who welcomed me every morning with his lovely smile and good spirits. After a few days he even brought me my double espresso without me having to order it. He is outstanding and the soul of breakfast!!!! Give him a salary raise so he stays!! The view of Burj Khalifa. The modern touch of the hotel. The great lobby. The vibe of the new area. The instant availability of taxis.

The tea mug in the room with stains of my predecessors. I did not use the mug and the stains stayed the whole time I was there. Sometimes washcloths didn’t get replaced. 2 nights with a whole in the sheets. The constant same music from outside (Harbour? Hotel) makes relaxing on the balcony a bit difficult as it gets on your nerves. The “I don’t care attitude” at check-in and check-out. At check-out the lady spoke so quietly that I had to lean over to her and ask her to repeat what she had just said. I am fluent in English and do not have a hearing problem, either…

I've always enjoyed the in-room dining at Vida hotels and this one was no exception. It is hard to say that you look forward to in-room dining at a hotel, even if the hotel was surrounded by amazing restaurants, you're still choosing in-room dining because you know you will be getting something good. The quality and selection of dishes were exceptional. The aesthetics of the hotel are unique and pleasing to the eye and that's what attracts me and wife to stay at Vida hotels, especially when we bring our pet cat along for the stay.

Although our room had breakfast included, I wish we opted out. The hotel is surrounded by amazing restaurants and cafes for all your food cravings. So, it is understandable when the hotel does not pay too much attention to the breakfast and it is evident. Breakfast was not great and could be improved for those that prefer to stay at the property or have a really early morning before the restaurants open. But I don't know if that is in the best interest of the property.

I went with my son who is 2.5 years old. We went to the pool in the morning. He loves the pool but because of his height he could only stay near the steps. The Lifeguard Mr Tonka was kind enough to help him and teach him to peddle and go a bit further than the steps which I was very very grateful for. Made my stay very comfortable and stress free for that moment as I didn’t have to constantly watch him for any accidents. Alhamdulillah. Loved that. That made me so happy

The bathrooms need a bit more scrubbing as mold are starting to form. Also didn’t like that we came 1 hour after our check in and we still had to wait for our rooms to be ready. However, to compensate they gave us a room that had partial view of the marina which wasn’t so bad. Buffet was very basic.

We had a really great time at VIDA Creek Harbour. The hotel is super clean, stylish, and comfortable — exactly what we needed to relax. One of the main reasons we picked this place was to enjoy the sunset by the marina, and it didn’t disappoint at all. We spent a lot of time walking around, exploring the area, and just soaking in the views. The atmosphere was calm and peaceful, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Everything felt smooth and easy, which made the whole experience even better. If you’re into quiet evenings with amazing views and a nice place to recharge, this is definitely the spot.

Clean, well maintained, good facilities. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Food at hotel is also good. Variety of special offers / happy hours for lunch and dinner at the restaurant and pool. Amazing views of Dubai from pool and restaurant.

Checkin was a little cold / disappointing for this category of hotel. I did not receive any information about the hotel, amneties or breakfast location and times. Nothing. Had to find everything out myself. Luggage arrived 2 hrs after checking in to my room. Pool was mostly overcrowded. Hard to get a sun bed after 9:00 am (could be due to weekend)
