The Location is a 10, only, few steps from the Metro, bus station,mall,shops everything is by walking distance. The hotel price is very affordable,we chose the option room only,however we decided to take a one time breakfast, it was about to close but the waiter was super kind, not only he let us in but he immediately gave us the choice of eggs,ham,bread and croissants ( the buffet offered by the hotel is mostly for vegetarian). The rooms are small but it wasn't an issue, ,comfortable bed mini bar and tv, bathroom amenities also provided.

Firstly, the location of this hotel is very good, you can walk to the old city and the pier to take a boat to the gold market, and it is not far from Al Seef. Secondly, the facilities of this hotel are not bad, of course it cannot be compared with star hotels, after all the price is there. For example, the sockets in the room are universal, and the European electrical plugs we bring are all compatible without buying additional plugs. This is a very user-friendly design, which is very convenient for tourists. And when we stayed in a 4-star hotel later, there was no such socket. For another example, there is a telephone in the room and an extension in the bathroom. Residents can call the front desk if there is an emergency when going to the toilet. This design also considers the safety of the residents. In addition, there is a hair dryer in the bathroom, there are clothes hooks behind the door, the sink is spotless, and there is a soap rack on the wall. These are some details that other hotels cannot do. I pay more attention to details, so I think this hotel is rated by underestimate.

I recently stayed at Wescott hotel for a business trip and had a fantastic experience. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, with a comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep. The hotel amenities were top-notch and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly specially FO PANKITH, BINITHA, TINA, POOJA, MUSKAN, TIKA RAM And bartender's, they went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. The location was perfect, just a short walk from major attractions I felt that the hotel offered great value for money, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Location, practicality, tariff, smart TV with internet connection, amazing view from the room and car parking space. Located right next to Al Ghubaiba bus station, accessing public transport is as easy as it can get. The room boasts practicality in every aspect, although the room size is small but ideal for a solo traveller. The view from the 11th floor is amazing. Overlooking the infinity bridge and blue waters, especially during sun rise, was amazing. The room was equipped with a Smart TV with interent connection, wait, how common is it in hotels?? That too budget hotels ?? Well this one has it.

Pillow sheets were a bit dirty, but the housekeeping staff immediately changed it when informed. Pungent smell while entering the room that too was fixed when informed. Slow lifts, that can be annoying for some guests.

We liked the hotel in general especially the location, the rooms are small but nice and well maintained. Inside the hotel there are 2 bars and one pub. We really enjoyed both bars especially" frog bars" to watch football games and to play billiards, , they also serve a variety of food.

Too much noise early in the morning coming from other guests in the corridor,children screaming,loud video calls in the night. The hotel security should patrol the different floors around at regular intervals to keep the quiet, also the reception is often too crowded with large groups that aren't doing any transaction just waiting for the others causing the check in and check-out messy.

The location is very good. I did not take breakfast as I have the experience of my last holiday at the same hotel and most of the food where Indian food.

Check in time take too long and the rooms where not ready when arrived at 15hrs. The only thing that makes me asked question was when I have a booking of three room (1 with two single beds for two people, one with a double bed for two person and a room for two adults and child of 8yrs. The thing is that the room with the child which was more expensive was the same as the double room and I was asked to pay for an additional bed for 100 dirhams per day if additional bed is place in the small room. But we try to adapt ourselves with what was available.

Check-in and check-out counters were busy , the people working at reception desk were quick and efficient but were overwhelmed by the group bookings. Understandable that it can be a rush during group bookings, but more assisting staff during such times will be helpful.

Housekeeping was good and prompt. We can invite friends to the room for meeting. Reception staff is friendly , prompt and helpful. Restaurant and Bar staff are also friendly and helpful. Smart TV

Room is very small , working table corner and the bed corner leave a very small place for walking which can be hazardous in low light. the phone in the bathroom is at a wrong location.
