We got perfect experience in this hotel. Hotel is located so convenient, not far away from Airport and Parks: 15 minutes from Airport, 15 minutes from Parks, 1 hour from Cape Canaveral Beach and NASA (Kennedy Space Center). Hosts at reception are so kind and helpful. There are enough parking spots for a car on the territory of hotel (parking is not free but it’s not expensive, payment by QR-cod). The room was pretty clean. Three kinds of fresh and clean towels in bathroom. There are all necessary equipment on the kitchen in the room (plates, mugs, silverware, coffee maker, toaster, cutting board, paper towel, dish soap and etc.) Water in the Pool was clean without any smell. Continental Breakfast is complementary (eggs, some kind of meat, cereals, porridge, bread, bagels, waffles, some fruits, soft cheese, milk, yogurts, drip coffee, tea, hot chocolate). A lot of shops, caffès and restaurants around.

Our room was a King Suite. It was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the bed linen and towels were very good. The included breakfast was good and coffee, tea and water were available all day. We loved the swimming pool and pool area. There are shopping outlets on the doorstep and a few fast food restaurants. However we couldn't find a supermarket nearby. No saucepan or frying pan provided. You really need a car to make the most of the area, the bus service is poor. There were a lot of poor reviews about TownePlace Suites but we were happy with our stay.

Kitchen was the reason we stayed in this hotel! The property was clean and staff were polite and friendly! The room was very modern and clean! The hotel was 9-10 minutes drive from The Universal and we paid like 8-9 dollars to Uber and Lyft! This was our first stay and we are thinking to stay in this hotel next time we visit Orlando! They had fresh coffee at the lobby all the time, I usually don’t like hotel coffee but this was the one of the best so far! I don’t have anything to say bad about it.

Loved the area, the complimentary breakfast with a variety, the noon check out, how nice the hotel looked they even had ice machines on every floor next to the elevator and our room had a kitchenette. I asked for a high floor and it was given the staff was always welcoming. It's right across the street from dezerland and fun spot and you can see both as well as the volcano from volcano Bay and some roller-coasters from islands of adventure 😀. The pool area was nice as well.

You have to pay for parking which I didn't know until check in and it's about $26 per night. But other than that it was great to me.

The location is amazing, 8 mins to Universal Studios and only across the street for 2 outlets one of them is a very popular one, the staff are very friendly, room is super clean and it’s like a studio with mini kitchen and sofa, breakfast is complimentary anyway for all the guests, overall it’s highly recommended

No variety in the breakfast however it’s not a big deal as long as they have the self maker waffle machine 😋

The staff at the property especially the girls at the front desk. The location was great for shopping and transport by bus. Which we took to Seaworld, the Airport etc. Only 2$ for adults and kids ride free much cheaper that car rental and uber. Breakfast was good also.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

The property has a few years but it still looks like it just opened yesterday! It is very well maintained, the room was spotless, the lobby and breakfast area seem like just open! I was very satisfied with the breakfast even though is simple with not too many choices. Free pop corn by the bar!! The pool is good for the kids, but it got a little chilly at some points during the day. The place is dog friendly and our pup was comfortable in our 2 Queen suite. The staff was incredible during our 2 week stay! You can do many things without a car around this property, lots of shops and dining choices!

Having to pay for parking was not ideal and adds up at $30 a day.... Very unusual for hotels in Orlando to pay for parking, to me that was the only disadvantage of this property.

The room was comfortable, clean and the room service was every 2 days. The staff was really nice and always available every time we needed them. The hotel is a good price/value choice and has a good location for visiting the Universal parks. For Disney however prepare some money for uber/lyft (something we were aware of so not an issue). We also used the laundry facilities and everything was working as expected and easy to use.

The breakfast could have some more variety, for example some croissants, cheese & ham, and more variety of fruit. It was still good and about quantity it never failed in all the 8 nights we spent there, this is just a note for improvement.

The hotel is simple, clean, and comfortable. The rooms were spacious and included a small kitchen with adequate utensils and a dishwasher, which was very convenient. However, house keeping is done every alternate day and not everyday. The location is excellent—just a few minutes’ drive from the three Universal parks, though a bit farther from Disney World. There’s also a large outlet mall within a 5-minute walk, and the area felt safe with plenty of good restaurants nearby. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, which made our stay even better. Breakfast was OK. The only downsides were that our room view faced the parking garage and there was no in-room safe provided. Overall, a great option for families or travelers visiting Universal, with good amenities and a convenient location.

I wasn't sure what to expect regarding the room. This hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was very well kept and very clean!!. How many times have you seen a room online and when you got there it was a complete disaster? This was not the case here. The hotel was very clean and my room was well-maintained. I felt very comfortable there.. The staff were very friendly with us and other guests accommodating what was needed even down to towels for the pool. There was a very bright and friendly bar area for drinks after 5 pm and the breakfast was very good. They again exceeded my expectations. The variety of breakfast options surprised me. Fresh fruit, eggs, and bacon, we could even make fresh cooked waffles if we desired. Fresh bagels, breads, and muffins. Coffee, yogurt, and even the most amazing salsa!! Yes, salsa! This made my morning as I like salsa on my eggs. I swear this was made fresh that morning, and the list of options goes on. I was very impressed I will come back to this hotel in the future

Parking fee of 26 dollars. I feel that as a guest parking should be free. There was no security or valet parking for the fee making this an unnecessary charge.
