We planned to stay there only 2 days, but due to issues we had to stay an extra day and the hotel was very accommodating, the staff was helpful also bc they spoke Spanish as well and that helped with my parents, we used the gym and laundry room which was very nice and the staff helped us locate them, the breakfast was good as well, they have a really fancy coffee machine that makes different types of coffees and my mom loved it, the AC was my favorite part, we like it cold and we were able to have that, the bathroom was also very spacious, it was a nice area as well and had shopping centers near by as well as many restaurant options, overall, me and my parents loved it

It was a great stay with my family at this location. Facility is good. They aren't any restaurants or food places near this hotel however, you just have to drive five minutes to get into a nearby town. Overall, the location was good because it was right next to the highway. If I have to, I'll definitely stay here again.

Rooms could've been a bit more cleaner specially the carpet. The heating wasn't working properly at all the whole night the room was cold. I didn't mention it to the reception because it was Christmas holidays and we were in hurry to leave the next day as well.

I loved the comfort; the cleanliness of the location and rooms are amazing. The pillows were soft as heck and the bed is beyond soft and comfortable I knocked out as soon as I laid down.

I was not too fond of the breakfast they had a bunch of options like cereal, bagels, yogurt, waffles, the main course meal was scrambled eggs with biscuits and gravy. I do not like the biscuits and gravy but I was wanting something like bacon or sausage and there no other options. I ended up eating the waffle and some cereal. Regardless the breakfast was not terrible but not for me.

Beds were very comfortable. The rooms were a good size too and a good breakfast each morning

We didn’t get any room service for the 4 days we were there and had to ask for more toilet paper and towels. Other than that we were happy with the room

We really enjoyed it here. It was super clean, smelled fresh and clean, and the breakfast was wonderful with a lot of choices. The only thing that was weird was that we only had 3 bath towels in our room for a family of 4 and a 3 day stay. 3 out of the 4 of us, were female, so we really needed 2 each. When we asked for more towels, we were told we could only get 2 more. Other than that, it was a great experience. We would definitely stay again even though it was a little further than we thought from our adventures.

At first, it was tricky to find the hotel because of the Holiday Inn right in front of the hotel. Anyhow, the hotel is close to shopping centers and fast food restaurants within 1-3 miles. The hotel is a good 21 miles from Downtown Chicago. Plenty of parking and parking did not cost me an additional fee.

The location is good, not too far from downtown, near to a lot of food joints. Staff was polite, clean rooms, good breakfast, comfy beds.

TV was smart but didn't have the apps installed and was no way for us to install. For example Prime video was not installed and we were not able to install it too.

Beds were really comfy and things were very clean! The staff was very nice and accommodating.

The advertised hot breakfast wasn’t that great. But that might have just been. Personal experience. There weren’t any eggs or breakfast meat, and it didn’t get refilled while we were there

The complimentary breakfast was wonderful. Plenty of options to choose from in the morning, very organized and clean. I stay in this hotel around the summer for music festivals
