Location was great to our event. Price was good. Felt safe and staff was friendly.

The rooms have double doors which was neat at first but in the evening, the lights from the halls shined right in the room making the entire front area lit up for the entire night. This was difficult to sleep on the pull out bed. There was no way of creating a dark room for sleeping. You have a light on in your face all night. That made the stay below average. I was exhausted gayer the 3 night stay with very little sleep. The pull out bed was also very uncomfortable. We had to stack up cushions against the door to dim the light and even then it was so bright. The breakfast was average, maybe a little below. Facility old and outdated, carpets stained and dirty.

Most of the staff was very nice, professional, and very accommodating. The hotel breakfast every morning was amazing, especially the omelets.

It wasn't as close to downtown Chicago as I had thought, but that was my fault for not researching better. Also, the first contact I had with the receptionist at the check-in wasn't the best. She wasn't very welcoming, and when I asked about a handicap accessible room for my mother, she told us that even if we had any available, that would have to be booked ahead of time. I was taken aback by that, but my family was tired, so I just got our room and let the issue be done.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Embassy suites! The building is a beautiful art-deco style building meets the 70s, we were delighted upon check to be told that we could access a free cocktail hour each evening, which came with two complimentary drinks and complimentary snacks. The breakfast is included and is really nice, you can choose your own omelettes/freshly cooked eggs. The rooms are really spacious and comfortable - I was there for work, so I made use of the desk area to work. The location was perfect for us as it was close to the conference venue we were there for and the hotel's shuttle service saved us money going to/from the airport. The staff were really friendly and it hotel even has it's own resident sparrow - Mr Tweets!

My stay was brief, as I arrived late and left early the next morning, but overall, it was smooth and comfortable.

The sitting room and kitchen area had an entry door with a frosted glass panel. While it provided privacy, it didn’t block hallway light, which could be disruptive for anyone sleeping on the couch. A light-blocking shade or curtain over the glass would make the space much more comfortable, especially for those using the living area as a sleeping space.

It was over priced! The pool was small , no hot tub! The rooms were dated and had no cover for the front window! The front desk could have been more specific about where I could park, and the garage was small for the amount of money I paid for parking! The front desk did not tell me anything about the area I was in, or what kind of food and things to do around the hotel although I clearly was staying with kids and family. Front desk not informative.

We had a great stay at Embassy Suites by Chicago O’Hare. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable—perfect for relaxing before or after a flight. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the free breakfast and evening reception were great perks. The location is super convenient to the airport, and the shuttle made things really easy. It’s also close to restaurants and Rosemont’s entertainment area. Would definitely stay here again!

While the hotel is older you couldn’t tell. Rooms were very nice and updated. Very comfortable and clean. They offer a reception in the evenings with complimentary food and 2 drinks and the continental breakfast is a full service breakfast experience. They have a full breakfast menu to choose from or a buffet style hot breakfast. Very impressed by this hotels hospitality!!!

Elevator was kinda slow.

Staff was awesome and we felt pampered and even a bit spoiled. The happy hour bartender made some lovely drinks and it felt just a bit decadent to be there.

Toilets are very low. If you're elderly or have lower limb flexibility issues you may want to look at booking an "accessible" room. Edited comment as someone thought we didn't enjoy our stay because I pointed this out. We enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Hotel was very comfortable, good facilities. Staff was friendly and courteous. Our room heater wasnt functioning. However, the engineer worked very diligently to ensure the heater was functional. It was a pleasure staying at Embassy suites and going forward, in any city that we travel, I want to stay in Embassy suites, it is our first choice of hotel.

Very clean, staff were all very nice. The free breakfast and happy hour was great.

The only things I didn’t love is the “hangout” area did get a little loud later in the night but the staff did close it out by 10pm so it wasn’t horrible and I do kind of wish the room door itself had a shade of some kind because even though it is frosted the light from the hall was still pretty light inside the room and made it hard for the people sleeping on the pullout sofa bed. But still nothing so bad .
