I really enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Embassy suites! The building is a beautiful art-deco style building meets the 70s, we were delighted upon check to be told that we could access a free cocktail hour each evening, which came with two complimentary drinks and complimentary snacks. The breakfast is included and is really nice, you can choose your own omelettes/freshly cooked eggs. The rooms are really spacious and comfortable - I was there for work, so I made use of the desk area to work. The location was perfect for us as it was close to the conference venue we were there for and the hotel's shuttle service saved us money going to/from the airport. The staff were really friendly and it hotel even has it's own resident sparrow - Mr Tweets!

It was over priced! The pool was small , no hot tub! The rooms were dated and had no cover for the front window! The front desk could have been more specific about where I could park, and the garage was small for the amount of money I paid for parking! The front desk did not tell me anything about the area I was in, or what kind of food and things to do around the hotel although I clearly was staying with kids and family. Front desk not informative.

We had a great stay at Embassy Suites by Chicago O’Hare. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable—perfect for relaxing before or after a flight. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the free breakfast and evening reception were great perks. The location is super convenient to the airport, and the shuttle made things really easy. It’s also close to restaurants and Rosemont’s entertainment area. Would definitely stay here again!

Staff was awesome and we felt pampered and even a bit spoiled. The happy hour bartender made some lovely drinks and it felt just a bit decadent to be there.

Toilets are very low. If you're elderly or have lower limb flexibility issues you may want to look at booking an "accessible" room. Edited comment as someone thought we didn't enjoy our stay because I pointed this out. We enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Very clean, staff were all very nice. The free breakfast and happy hour was great.

The only things I didn’t love is the “hangout” area did get a little loud later in the night but the staff did close it out by 10pm so it wasn’t horrible and I do kind of wish the room door itself had a shade of some kind because even though it is frosted the light from the hall was still pretty light inside the room and made it hard for the people sleeping on the pullout sofa bed. But still nothing so bad .

Hotel was very comfortable, good facilities. Staff was friendly and courteous. Our room heater wasnt functioning. However, the engineer worked very diligently to ensure the heater was functional. It was a pleasure staying at Embassy suites and going forward, in any city that we travel, I want to stay in Embassy suites, it is our first choice of hotel.

This hotel is right in the heart of Rosemont and perfect for travelers. We stayed one night to catch a flight the next morning and enjoyed the area for dinner and the hotel for our stay. It was clean and comfortable. Bonus was the free breakfast.

The only issues we had at the property were the front desk workers: while they weren’t unpleasant they seemed unknowledgeable. We had multiple issues with getting in and out of the parking garage. Ie: were told to use our digital key but their location didn’t have a working scanner, had to go back and get a physical key (didn’t work), etc. when we asked what option was better for parking they just shrugged and then we had multiple issues. So definitely think they need to get a better understanding on parking.

We were on a very short trip to Chicago and needed something close to the airport, so this hotel was a great choice. It is very close to the Fashion Outlets Mall, so for people interested in shopping, it can be a very convenient location since it is within walking distance.

The temperature of the pool, although it is an indoor pool, does not have any type of heating (the area surrounding the pool or the water), making it impossible to enjoy this service on autumn days.

Great location. 10’ or less from the airport with shuttle. Very close to an activity center with lots of restaurants in walking distance. Great staff who were friendly and helpful. Breakfast and evening reception offered, but we didn’t make either due to flights. Fridge. Coffee machine.

Loved having a conference suite. It allowed our group to have a private place.to gather. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the location! We come for an event at the convention center every year. Room was great except for cleanliness and lack of a sizeable garbage can.

Sad that there are restrictions on the cocktail hour. I couldn't even get a drink for my brother using his ticket, because the bartender recognized that I had already been up there twice. Also, the cleanliness of the rooms are below what I am used to at a Embassy Suites. Bathroom floor was pretty dirty and I kept walking on things in the bedroom. Also, need a larger garbage can in the front room! That little bitty thing doesn't hardly hold a water bottle!
