Located 5 minutes from the mall. The hotel sign was big so you can see right off the street as the driveway was a quick right turn. We were greeted immediately by the clerk and very friendly. There were fresh baked cookies available but were quickly eaten up by the kids LOL. The hallway to our room was kinda trippy probably because of the carpet pattern. The room was big with the king size bed was around the corner. The air conditioner was so much quieter than the last hotel room we were in! The king size bed was very comfortable. The continental breakfast was very good. It included your basic items like sausage patties, scrambled eggs, waffles, toast, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal and a variety of juices and cold cereals. The coffee was hot and tasted really good! The coffee was available all day by the front desk. I saw that there is a small area where you can sit and purchase beer. I didn’t see or ask if they served wine. There is also a fitness center but it was too hot to work out longer than 30 minutes according to my husband.

There’s nothing I can say about what I didn’t like about the property. I didn’t have any problems with the room.

This was a repeat visit for me at the end of a weekend trip. The hotel is a bit nondescript from the outside. The lobby is nice with areas to sit if needed. Check in was simple with no issues and the new gate was observed with an explanation provided about when the gate is closed at night. Cookies are provided in the entry area. The room design is great given the size of the overall lot of the property and the shape of the building. Having a separate room entry area with the sofa bed and extra TV is a great feature. The bathroom is very nice and clean and the regular bedroom area is fine. Area friend visited briefly to catch up and chat.

An overnight stay on our way to LAX. Nice welcome from the man on reception who changed our room to suit our situation more closely. The option was his suggestion and the two bed room really worked for us. Huge room was very clean and with modern décor that echoed the hotel building and location. Facilities in the room were good and breakfast fine. Lovely comfy beds. Good lighting. Friendly and efficient staff - see above and woman on reception printed our boarding passes with a smile. Charming room service manager.

The shower was output was a bit hit/miss. It started hot and then went cool and never really heated up again. I assume that this is specific to this room and so therefore needs attention.

It was very spacious but ac in the rooms didn't circulate the beds were amazing even the let out bed in the living room was great the pool area was great I love that you can night swim the pool hours are outstanding it gives you time to enjoy the pool without rushing and when it's a lot of people that is a plus because the pool closes at midnight which gives everyone time to enjoy.

I didn't like that I asked for a towel I was told to pay. I stayed two nights and I don't reuse towels after I shower so I asked for clean towels the second day along with toilet paper and was told they'll bring some which didn't happen so I went to the front before approaching the counter I asked housekeeping she gave me toilet paper but told me to request towels from the front desk which i did. I went back to my room because I was told they'll bring it to me I gathered all my towels and gave them to housekeeping who was right out my door I waited and waited no towels I left and came back and got in the pool realizing I had no towels so I told front desk again and they told me towels were 2.50.

The breakfast was great. Very warm and filling with plenty of options. The location is excellent. Lots of shopping, dining, and entertainment within walking distance or minutes drive.

I didn't like that the back entrance door wasn't properly secured. Even though you're supposed to need a room key to enter all you had to do was pull the door and it opened. I would've felt a little more safer and secure if it was fixed.

The Gym, the nice breakfast/bar area, the pool and the cookie, however, we did not get any because no one told us that we could have any. If the clerk told us that my boys could have had cookies they surely would have.

I thought I had registered for a two-bed room for one adult and two children, but when I checked in, I did not realize, that the room was a suite with one bed and a pull-out. When I realized my boys had already spread out and messed up the room so we stayed. I was not sure if the mis understanding was on my end in the reservation of on the hotel's end.

Stayed for 2 nights and booked again shortly after. Hotel was clean, cozy, and affordable! Towels and toiletries were nearly restocked upon arrival. Front desk was very nice and made the checking in and checking out process quick and easy. Hesitant to book with another hotel other than my usual but this one surpassed my expectations and i will definitely be returning soon !

Not sure if the pool was being remodeled or if it was just closed for the winter, but it could’ve used a good cleaning.

We were given a suite at the back on the hotel, which was convenient for us and we could park right outside the lift. The room was nice and clean and very spacious. Staff on the front desk were super friendly and very helpful. We didn't eat breakfast here as we left very early but the location was excellent to the gas station and shopping mall etc. It was a good stop off for us, on our way to Vegas from Sequoia.

The AC unit faced the bathroom and nowhere else, so didn't feel it unless you were in there.

As a place to stop off whilst driving cross country this was fine. The room (suite) was large, clean, well lit, had everything we would expect, and felt safe. I loved that breakfast had the option of disposable or washable crockery and cutlery - much better for the environment. Bathroom liquids were also refillable.

There was only a view of brick walls about 3 feet from the window (not a problem for us). Breakfast didn't offer hot tea (except mint).

Service at Counter Jordan was awesome, had an issue with payment, patient, and supper helpful. Breakfast was awesome, Clean Rooms! Pet Friendly!!!

Dog Area - No poop bags, but glad it was available. Only issue - Bird poop, on around the outside seating area, on trash can and walk way around the awesome Water feature, Needs more frequent attention! Was washed, but need more Pidgeon management.
