Came to Bakersfield for a soccer tournament. Family of 6 and we booked 2 rooms. The rooms were big, clean, and the beds were so comfortable. They had sofas in each room that pulled out into beds as well and we asked for extra bedding for those so we had more then enough sleeping space. There's a mini fridge, coffee maker, and microwave in room.The front desk staff, and breakfast staff were so helpful, and very nice!! Breakfast was hot and ready and there was enough options to choose from with kids to feed. The coffee downstairs was AMAZING!! Check out is at 12pm which was really nice so we didn't feel rushed to pack. There were restaurants around our area, and we were close to frwy.

The pull out bed was really used up in one of our rooms. One of the bathroom door handle wasn't working so it wouldn't lock. One of our door rooms didn't close unless we pushed it really hard.

Comfort Suites was very easy to find and right off the 99 freeway. It seems close to lots of area attractions from the Costco across the main east-west street (forget the name) to Buck Owens' Crystal Palace on the east side of the 99 to quite a few restaurants. Good parking, though I'm not sure if spaces available matches actual number of rooms/projected guests. Staff friendly and helpful. Room a nice size with mini fridge, microwave, TV, heater that worked okay, comfortable bed, plenty of towels. Decent breakfast (that I forgot to take advantage of the first morning).

If I would suggest one thing, it would be brighter lighting in the large bathroom. Other than that, I really had no complaints.

Breakfast was served on time, different menu on alternate days, fairly healthy foods, and served attractively and spotlessly!

Flimsy plastic eating utensils… could barely use knife to cut a sausage patty! They unfortunately “ran out” of freshly baked cookies at the front desk in the early evening. They could have checked the number of nightly reservations and planned accordingly!

The breakfast was one of the best I've experienced at a motel. Great selection, quality food. The room was expansive, bed comfortable, the staff very professional. I will stay again anytime I need a room when passing through Bakersfield.. excellent in everyway.

I'm not a person who travels with my pets. so it's a personal issue for me. I did not enjoy sharing breakfast with others who bring their dogs into the eating area. Although I like dogs just fine. Sharing my eating space with animal's is not a comfortable thing for me. I feel strangers should assume there will be other strangers who don't share their closeness to their pet and its best not to bring them into others eating area.

Were given an updated room with new mattress. Lovely spacious room beautifully decorated Breakfast was good easy access to the 58 Black Angus steakhouse a short walk away Friendly staff at reception

Pool area needs attention. There were old torn covers hanging on the handicapped seats Pool looks worn

Liked almost everything about our stay -- the size of the room, the cleanliness, the breakfast, the staff.

Pigeons have made themselves at home between the solar panels over the room we had (#307). They coo'ed in the late afternoon when we arrived. They coo'ed at dawn when we were trying to sleep. They almost drove us coo-coo.

We were a travel group of 7 and had four rooms. Hotel is quite fine, ideally located with a parking lot directly at the hotel. The staff at check-in and overall stay was very friendly and very helpful in all questions. Breakfast is quite ok, not a huge buffet selection but you have all you need to start the day. Rooms are spacious and clean, also very quiet. The location is directly at the highway exit and easy to reach, some restaurants around in the area but you have to drive to most of them a few minutes. Definitely a good location to stay overnight.

Everything would have been Great, however, since I am 91years old and have a difficult time walking...the elevator at this property has been DOW!!! We were not advised...and all 1st floor rooms were taken when we arrived.....so had to use the stairs!!!!

Clean, spacious, comfortable room

After two weeks they still didnt get my deposit back, and not only deposit - they blocked deposit + price for the room which was anyway paid separately. No contact with them. WiFi was very low and disconnected all the time

Reasonable price. The bed was comfortable. The sofa in our room was a little worn but it was nice to have one. Food was good. Juice machine wasn't working but they had juice in a pitcher. I wish breakfast went a half hour to hour later on weekdays.

The room was a little stuffy and warm in the night. The window wouldn't open and I was too tired to get up and try to figure out the air conditioner.
