The king room was a nice size. The bed was super comfy and the patio (with golf course view) was a really nice addition.

The down side was how far it was to walk to everything. The pool on Friday evening was a disaster ... no clean/dry towels and garbage left everywhere. The table tops were not cleaned in the morning ... they were sandy and sticky. The arcade games were not very exciting for the kids.

Room was huge, nice and comfortable and clean, service was hospitable and nice. Area was quiet and we had no real complaints during our stay.

Location was not ideal, was kind of far from everything. I feel like the main reason you go here is for an event (Indian Wells, Coachella, etc., we went for Coachella) And it's quite far from all of those venues, decently far from good food or markets or things in general. So the place itself is great, if only it was closer to the good stuff.

Wow!!!!! Well done. Thank you for a wonderful stay. The pools were amazing. My granddaughter loved the water slide. It was pure joy to see her little face light up when she saw the 3 story water slide!!! The most wonderful event though was the opportunity to walk the dog! "WALK THE DOG" Is an opportunity to take a dog that is up for adoption for a walk on the property or to your room. So very sweet! I have no complaints about this Property. The staff is Friendly, Respectful, and Kind! The property is very clean. There is no Rift Raft hanging around!!!! My room was centrally located.. Best location ever!! I will be requesting the same location for my next visit coming up! Thank you again to all the Staff for making my trip a wonderful experience!

It was our first time to go and it was a great one . The only thing was the cart service was too long of a wait. It took 20 mins. The driver explained that he helped the other guest settle inside the room with a wheelchair. So, because of great customer service of the driver it made our stay great. We understand.

Our room is way too far from the lobby.

We had a very enjoyable evening in the Fireside Lounge. Excellent bartenders and good keyboardist proving entertainment.

We are both in our seventies and the girl at the reception desk assigned us an upstairs room accessible by a steep outside staircase with rain expected. We asked for it to be changed and it was. Our downstairs room only had one chair on the patio although there are two of us.

The beds were extremely comfortable, restaurant was fantastic and staff was very nice.

The water didn’t properly drain from the shower and so leftover water from each bath/shower remained in a small puddle in the middle of the tub. Grossed me out. The bathrooms could do with some remodeling as well, dated.

Love that the golf carts were available for transport vs. walking from building 12 to pool area

We were not able to utilize Happy Hour as it was overcrowded and not able to use card for free drinks or free games of bowling. Standing room only and too hot to sit outside.

I loved how big the property was and lived the beautiful scenery. Jasmine in the front desk was very good very professional, and very helpful .

The bartenders work in the bar at the swimming pool were not very professional. I order a drink on the empty day, and I got my drink 35 minutes later when there was nobody around.. I don’t know if you forgot about it all I know I wasn’t happy about it. I had to tell somebody else that they had forgotten my drink.

The facilities were great, excellent for families, the entertainment should have more options during the weekdays, especially during sprink break time. Overall the stay was pleasant and the rooms were spacious .

The pool with the water slides should have sessions or reservations and not have everyone in the resort at once, its way too crowded in the main pool area.

I liked the live music outside at night. It was great!

I would have liked a bit more available on the menus for the out door area. Honestly, it was all wonderful, but it is also pricey so not something could do if my job wasn't paying for some of it.
