I stay was great, but the first night wasn’t too good. My was credit card was declined without my knowledge. Therefore, I was told that my reservation was cancelled. I didn’t get the family suite that I was requested. I got a different room for night. The next day, I got the room that I wanted. This was the only issue. Otherwise, everything turned out well.

I like the setting of the room, the furniture, and cleanliness.

We specifically requested the sofa bed to be prepared, but it wasn't. We therefore got linens and did it ourselves. The mattress was unfortunately very thin and uncomfortable ..

For the bonus question of whether the price I paid match my expectations…it exceeded my expectations. The facilities were clean. Breakfast was as expected. Shopping and restaurants in walking distance. Location was great too. right off the highway. My only complaint would be that there were no smoking areas outside, like maybe a bench. Or maybe there was one and I didn’t see it. Otherwise I would recommend.

The manager on second shift and the new trainee was very pleasant. I truly enjoyed talking to them.

So this is my second time staying at this hotel. The front desk associate on Sunday named Deshawn was very rude and disrespectful. I was late checking out and it’s never been an issue before. He came to the door and was like you need to leave now. I had my boyfriend take our hotel key to him because I didn’t want to deal with him. I will very likely be booking somewhere else from here on out because he was extremely unpleasant

They have a salt water pool. They also have a hot breakfast.

Pool needed the sides clean. I also put the sign ony door that I didn't want cleaning and someone came in anyway and emptied the garbage. I had my things out and was very unhappy about that

This is a simple hotel. The property was clean. It’s nice, not fancy, and it looked like the pictures. TV, AC, Fridge, etc. worked. Its in a good area, I never felt unsafe or uncomfortable. No sketchy people hanging around. There were families staying and couples, from what I saw, but the hotel wasn’t loud or chaotic. This hotel was right off the highway giving us easy access to any of the locations we wanted to go to. There was lots of restaurants, gas stations and shopping centers in close proximity to us. Only had brief interactions with staff but they were nice.

The rooms were cleaned, and the breakfast was hot and ready. The whole building was clean, including the parking lot.

The curtains in the room didn't keep the light out at night. They had black out curtains, but they wouldn't pull together to keep the straight lights out. The pool closing time at night could be later than what it is.

Location is great with an endless number of restaurants in the area. Staff is very friendly and serviceable.

It is next to the highway so you hear some of the road noise. Construction workers are very common guest here and their lack of etiquette brings muddy shoes to the elevators and a lot of take out food that attracts roaches. I found 2 roaches in my room which walked in from the main hallway where there were buckets and bags of Chinese food and pizza boxes. Also, pillows seemed quite worn out and desk chair could maintain the height adjustment.

Breakfast was great. Room was clean and check in was easy.

We booked for our family of 6 to chek in late for sleep only. Knowing 6 people were staying they didn't have the pull out bed ready for sleep nor did they have linens for the pull out bed. Also, the pull out bed was horrible for sleep. I understand with pullout beds there isn't much to be expected but we definitely did expect to have enough pillows and blankets for everyone.
