Clean, comfortable, and quiet

Hot water in the shower only got somewhat hot and only if you showered early (6am) in the morning, after that the water was luke warm at best. Last night of our stay the was a klanking noise coming from the bathroom light, even when not on. This went on all night.

The staff was wonderful and helpful. The room was very clean. It was convenient to a lot of locations we wanted to visit. They offered a free breakfast & coffee.

The air conditioner took a while to cool off the room. Once the room did cool off, the air conditioner made a strange bird chirping noise until the air conditioner fully turned off.

Great hotel. Good price. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds.

Pool was closed for renovations a nd no mention of it when booking. Also the hotel takes a $100 deposit and not mentioned on website. Either cash which is returned on checkout or card which can take a while to refund. It should tell you this on booking.

Front desk lady at check in was very sweet, breakfast attendant was also very nice. Pool was really clean.

Not a huge breakfast assortment, but that didn't bother me as much as other people. Outside door/key entry didn't work very well but we just went back in through the front.

Breakfast was good, had some ok choices, could have offered some protiens, but it served our purposes. Coffee was fresh around the clock the bed was very comfortable and clean. Housekeeping excellent.

More outlets in the room for charging electronics, other than that it was great.

Indoor pool was nice & heated. Pet friendly is a plus.

The only problem I had was how much it was. I had a legal thing going on & had to stay somewhere where I could take my dog. It was an expensive few days.

The staff was especially friendly and helpful. The property is a little dated but everything was very clean and there were no problems with the room. The shower was updated. It was a good location to stay close to Charlotte.

I liked how easy it was to travel but thought it could be kid friendly.

The breakfast not so much. It was ok. The bathroom was small with a sliding door.

Everyone was very polite and the facility was clean and well stocked

Check in was a little timely. Breakfast selection could have been a little better
