On the day of arrival, the elevator was not working. I am disabled with nerve damage to my legs. I am unable to climb. When we booked I did not request a room for the disabled because there was an elevator. I addressed this with the young man at the desk. He was so accommodating. He placed us in a first floor room with no negativity. Breakfast was diverse; oatmeal, fruit, pastries & coffee for my husband & I; and waff Ies for our GrandSons. Maybe work on the scrambled eggs, a bit dry. Thank you, your hotel met all our expectations and even more. The cleanliness of the room was excellent. Your room maintence workers were kind in meeting to our needs of the room.

Staff was great, very helpful and nice. The breakfast food was PERFECT, looked good and easily to identify what and where it was. Was very happy about the time of when breakfast was served. Most places have it start at 7:30 AM. This one said everything will be ready at 6:30 AM but it was out before 6, THANK YOU for that, it was LOTS of time to enjoy the food.

Elevator was humming, and the certificate of inspection for the elevator was not showing.

Well lit and clean. Enjoyed food and loved the lemon infused water. All the staff we encountered during our stay were cordial and helpful. They made our stay feel like we were part of a family. We stayed because my daughter had just had surgery. When we were checking out, the staff rushed to help us to see how they could help. They really made us feel welcomed.

Everything was good.

Those beds were so comfortable I almost slept too long. Quiet and relaxing. I'm getting the bath tub spa next time but I have been trying different motels to find my best. I FOUND IT.GREAT PEOPLE IT HAS BREAKFAST TOO 😋 LOVE TO THE WHOLE STAFF One small thing..need more coffee and maybe morning herbal tea bags like lemon and peach morning teas Other then that .. beautiful stay. GOD BLESS

Food selection was of good quality. Your eggs were fluffy. ( The eggs were dry during our last stay). Waffles and the Danish were delicious. The sausage I thought were raw. Your coffee was my favorite

Your receptionist did not give any meetings, no smile, no cordial tones.

I stay very often Every time we have experienced the stay it met our expectations extremely well. The breakfast choices satisfied our palette. Housekeeping was courteous in meeting our requests. The checking out process was quite fast.

I cannot think of a thing

Lady at the front desk scheduled on 4/18/25 and 4/19/25 lacks communication skills. When checking in, she did not share ANY information about our stay. When checking out, all she said was “Checking out? Keys.” Please refer her to customer service standards.

The location. Has everything close by. Employees are very polite,helpful and kind. Me gustó también que entiendan mi idioma.

Restroom door doesn’t lock. Floor was a little wet by the AC. Tv has no sound on Hispanic Chanels.

Housekeeping asked every day if I needed anything. Desk staff was excellent, friendly and accommodating. Room clean. A convenience store a few blocks away and very close to a walmart. Pool was very clean. Breakfast was also very good.

The staff was very polite and great location and the rooms are not bad for the price. I just wish the breakfast had more options
