I loved how close we were to the airport. The hotel offers shuttle service. The room was clean, decent size for a small family, beds were comfortable and the value for what we got was pretty fair. I loved the warm chocolate chip cookies given during check-in. I appreciated that I was able to leave without checking out at the counter when I was running late for my flight. I called when I got to my next destination to apologize and they said it was okay.

As a family we had a lot of luggage and I just wish there was an attendant to help or even luggage carts available for guests to use. I was surprised that the fridge was not stocked with water or sodas and snacks for purchase. I would have happily paid for available snacks after late travels however the restaurant was open late so we enjoyed a lovely dinner with great service.

we loved the buffet all delicious and the price is so good so worth it so yummy the cod fillet, the cakes and our room with big balcony facing the lake and seeing autumn leaves in front while i do my zoom calls such amazing big bed and so pet friendly. My Pomski baby enjoyed it so much with me and my hubby and so spacious lounge and the airport shuttle is precious, the drive who took us to airport is so kind i even gave a nice tip for helping me with my precious luggages! We will be back when I fly next year to various destinations and told my friends family about it through my blogs and social media. Love you guys! P.S the boutique store with a filipina lady seller so lovely and kind and bought many shades so fancy items! She will also make me come back again! A gem a nice relaxing hotel before you go on that long flights.

This is a great airport hotel., no complaints about the hotel. I like the beds and I'm picky.

The shuttle service isn't great, I've missed the shuttle several times because the driver zooms past other buses parked at the location he is suppose to stop at, doesn't stop, you don't see him, so you can't flag him down. If it's Winter, there is no colder place in Seattle than the wind tunnel that is the hotel/parking lot shuttle waiting area at SeaTac. The van doesn't stand out, so it is very easy to miss if you aren't checking every van that pulls in for a small sign in the front window.

Loved the elevators and the breakfast was amazing, fast, and nutritional. The staff was very hospitality and was enjoyable. Even the restaurant staff was very helpful and attention to for my needs. Guest service staff was amazing and helpful to assist my needs.

I loved the elevators and the customer service from the helpful staff members. The long distance from main reception area was a bit problematic since I have knee replacement. No paper or pens available for use and there was not a Bible in the room. There was the hotel light outside my room window, which was shined through the drapes, causing sleeping disturbance. This caused me to check out early, especially i wasn't able to sleep properly.

In-house restaurant and bar, (good food!) coffee station in main lobby in am, gift shop, friendly staff, shuttle to airport.

In order to connect to the hotels WiFi, I was supposed to provide personal information ( name, address, email, phone number) so that Doubletree/Hilton could use and sell my personal information to 3rd parties. And it was in small print, so unless someone read the terms and conditions carefully, they’d never know. I never connected to the WiFi for that reason. First hotel I’ve ever been in that does that. Kind of an Underhanded thing to do to paying guests.

the bed wasn't comfy enough because I was itchy the whole time I sleep on it. I wasn't sure if there were bed bugs in the bed or on the bed sheets. I am not sure if the cleaning grew ever changed the bed sheets for the new customer to come in. Over all I like the hotel the scenery and the bathroom is clean and the room space is awesome. Thank you for having me! looking forward to stay with DoubleTree again.

Close proximity to the airport. Free cookies and shuttle to mall and airport. Very spacious and plenty of rooms. Room was clean and tidy. They had a nice little bar and restaurant area as well. Plenty of places to sit and visit and still have privacy.

They have sea shell shaped soap holder in the shower that stick out and at an awkward height. I banged my head on it leaving a knot and I’m sure a bruise to come. The air didn’t seem to work that well.

Large hotel room, comfortable beds. Great swimming pool. The property feels like a village and the outdoor smelled like pine trees. Very close to Seatac airport (no noise of planes when in the room; providing airport shuttle), across the street from an American Diner that’s open 24/7. I would definitely come back!

The balcony sounded nice but being on the ground floor, it didn’t make an impact.

Room was great. Large with a great bed.

The restaurants on location were not every good. One only stayed open till 10:00 am. The other food prices were way way too pricy. $33 for fish and chips is a good example. Don’t mind paying that at the airport but not in a hotel. Jack in the box tacos were a lot less. Also the coffee bar opened late and closed early. Not a way to run the food part of a very fine hotel.

Location, ambiance

I left my CPAP hose holder attached to the bed. I called the hotel immediately after we got home to go see if it was put in lost and found and could not get anyone to do that for me. I was directed to a third party who supposedly tracks lost and found. I feel like they could have easily gone to the room and found it. To date it has never been returned to me
