It was an awesome hotel, a lot of things to do, the beach was a short bus ride away and the facilites on the beach were great. The evening entertainment was amazing! I would also like to commend some personnel for ensuring our stay was pleasant. In the main restaurant, Ahmed Elsawy was always giving good vibes for each of the meals while making sure we have everything we need. Our room was clean and had fun towel animal arrangements masterfully done by Ahmed Elomda. For our evening relaxation in the bar Ismail Kotb was ensuring we are not without a drink. Great experience, would recommend and go again myself.

Firstly, the hotel itself is spotless, staff always cleaning and the grounds are well looked after. Rooms are spacious and facilities are first class. Family of 6 with 2 kids 3-8 years and 4 adults 38-68 years. There was something for all of us. Plenty of things for the kids and an adult pool for when u want a break. Staff can’t do enough for you, they’re always asking if you need anything and really do go above and beyond. They even decorated our room for my sons 8th birthday, a nice touch. Special mention to Muhammed who looked after our rooms (2138/36) He was always making sure we had everything we needed and rooms were well kept and all round nice guy. This hotel delivered in probably THE best customer service I’ve ever had at any hotel I’ve stayed.

Hotel didn't give us information about blocking car companies coming to the resort. We booked through booking.com and hotel refused our transfer to come to the hotel, very ingenuous of them.

We recently stayed at Jaz Aquaviva for 5 days in May and had a wonderful experience! We booked a room with a pool view, and everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. The hotel is incredibly kid-friendly, and our son had a fantastic time playing with other kids and guests. The staff were always friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The aqua park was a highlight—our son absolutely loved it, and we were impressed by how safe and well-organized everything was. In the evenings, the entertainment team kept the atmosphere lively with fun events and shows that made our nights vibrant and exciting. The food was extremely delicious with plenty of variety to please everyone’s tastes. We also loved the lively, family-friendly vibe of the whole resort, where our son could play around safely and make new friends. If there’s one small thing to note, it’s that there were no elevators, but it honestly wasn’t an issue for us. We’d highly recommend Jaz Aquaviva to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing, and family-friendly getaway. Finally, we’d like to thank the entire team for their excellent work. Snacks and food were available at all times, and you're allowed to take plates back to your room if you wish so, you'll definitely not go hungry in this resort. The facilities were clean and the room service was excellent, the staff were great at keeping the place tidy at all times. The beds and shower rooms were comfy, we had a good night's sleep. The staff were beyond accommodating and fantastic, they made our stay so comfy.

The sea is far from the hotel, unfortunately, it was not well maintained. The water was dirty the couple of times we went there. We had higher expectations for the beach but felt a bit disappointed. Although the snacks on the beach were really good. The resort was SO busy, we had a family "camp" from morning to night, every single day, in front of our ground-floor balcony which looked at the pool, this gave us no chance to use the bit of the pool in front of our room. I saw a girl with long hair dip her hair in the open buffet food, which was really disgusting. But the staff and the kitchen can only do so much to prevent such behaviour, it's not their fault. The staff were AMAZING to manage such a huge kitchen to say the least.

Staff: Older staff are excellent, friendly, helpful, understandinghow to speakand respond to guests. While new staff are varying, many are exceptionally qualified and good, some are in need for training for better performance, and some unfortunately, you wonder how they were selected to be JAZ staff. Food: Of course crowds in the restaurants are very stressful, however, I can say that there was a considerable drop in the quality of the cooking. Also, I did miss a fresh juice glass, any fruit, even an orange or a lemon juice , neither at the breakfast nor at any of the resort bars , all-around the day. Airport shuttle: I suggest the Makadi city company, to arrange a scheduled shuttle bus to and from the airport. Reasonable fares shall save guests from the freaky rates by taxis and private transportation.

The hotel is very clean , room location was very very good and spacious near the hotel facilities, food was various swimming pools is very clean , the water park clean,safe and huge, the hotel has private beach but it is away but you can go with bus which came on time every 30 mins Mr. Ahmed in the reception was very very helpful and make the check-in process went fast and smoothly

The snacks was below expectations and was very poor. The espresso and cappuccino were made from Nescafé not real coffee beans.
