The staff were absolutely amazing in the restaurant. As a solo traveller, Ebos the restaurant manager, Nadar and Moataz were so attentive that i never felt alone. The guys at the 24 hour bar were also fantastic. The hotel was very clean. Had a few issues with my room, but they were sorted quickly.

Unfortunately my flight was cancelled and I arrived 8 hours late. 12 noon. I had messaged the hotel to advise them. After 30 hours of travelling, I had to wait another hour before I was brought to my room even though I had paid for the night before. Just a very small comment, and i was just narkey and tired.. so sorry to the receptionist. Then my room seemed dated and tired and was only secured with an adjoining door to the next room but they were brillant and they moved me next day. They sure do work hard !! Thank you guys x

Best hotel in Sharm, Great value for money, this is my second stay and it was even better, It is calm, relaxing and peaceful, better than any other hotel in Sharm by far, even the 5 stars hotels. The beach, the sea view, the pools, the children activities, the staff, especially Miss Doaa from the guest relations, she is so dedicated to her work and try to make everyone feel at home.

There was a problem with the reservation, we booked a sea view room and it wasn't available at the time, but Miss Doaa solved it quickly. Food isn't great but it's good, specially for a 4 stars hotel, they are trying to do their best for the budget, There is variety in the buffet but the specialty restaurants are better, especially the fish restaurant on the beach and the poolside grill. The beach is rocky and the water is shallow, you need water shoes.

We had a great experience at Amwaj Oyoun Resort & Casino, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Doaa, the booking manager, provided us with wonderful support during our stay, and we were delighted with our amazing sea view room. The lifeguards, Yehia and Mohamed, were very careful and kept a close watch on the kids at the pool, which we greatly appreciated. Bashar from housekeeping was also very attentive, ensuring our room was cleaned and well-maintained to meet our needs. The hotel does an excellent job taking care of the agricultural areas, plants, and landscaping, creating a serene environment. It is a great place for relaxation and meditation. They offer a good variety of food, and we especially enjoyed the special dinner every Monday, which was a nice touch.

The room was very nice and spacious, the pool area is great. The staff is mostly helpful and friendly and the foam party was a blast. Miss Doaa at customer relations is working very hard to make people comfortable.

The food is a bit boring, some basics are missing, like no milk, no butter, no mayonnaise. There was absolutely no zero sugar drinks options, if someone can’t have sugar they will have a problem, I had to buy all my beverages from the shop myself. So not quite ALL inclusive.

We liked the friendliness of the staff and were treated very well. After a slightly problematic start when we were given the wrong room, Ms Doaa, the Guest Relations Lady, was able to quickly sort out the problem. Her support during the rest of our stay was nothing short of exceptional. The Hotel is lucky to have such an efficient and organised member of staff. She certainly made our stay most enjoyable. Ms Doaa also arranged a romantic dinner on the beach which really made our visit memorable and make us want to return again soon.

Too many mosquitoes, not the hotel's fault, of course, but they immediately helped by placing a mosquito repellent in our room, which did help. From the site photos, the beach looks lovely ... when the tide is in. Sadly, when the tide is out, a 300 yard walk is required to reach the reef edge. Inconvenient, but not really the hotel's fault.

So many Friendly helpful staff (Gooaa) hospitality and Mohammed (cleaner), guy welcoming to meal times to name but a few!! location was superb! Loved the beach! Pool was bit busy but beach was perfect! Had the 2 options. All staff were great to me, room was good, great air con and comfy bed, good pressure on shower and cleaned daily! View to pool which catches sun until sets!

Nothing really, would be ideal if Gym was open earlier than 10am so can enjoy the day basking in the sun! Wi-Fi was little broken and sometimes unable to get anything but can all survive without internet for fews days! Food I found OK but certainly not bad! There’s always something

Everything is of high quality in this resort - the rooms, the facilities, the pools, the beach, etc., and the staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Nasr, who cleaned our room every day and made such a good job that we felt like check-in every day! And in the restaurant Alaa is very kind and solves any problems even before they appear!

The only problem is with some of the guests, who are so rude that they listen all day to their portable speakers... If you're one of them, then please accept that nobody cares about your very bad taste in music!

Goaa the customer relations was very good. She remembered who I was and that I was visiting my friends who were on holiday. Nothing was to much trouble for her. Was upgraded when i arrived, the slides were good. Would come back if the right price is at the end of September.

The only thing I would say is that the shower leaked.

Heated swimming pool Great coral reefs beach right at the end of the pond Food and services are good. Expect to get for what you paid. Not luxurious but they are trying their best. Lovely staff always smiling despite the hard work they are doing. Praise to Abdi in restaurant- the staff in charge of clearing tables and all managers in restaurant. & reception staff were really helpful to us trying to sort out any problems together with Doaa despite high volume of guests.

The rooms are old . Always problems with opening/closing the door 🚪. & awful smell in bathroom. The sea is always far away during the day so no chance of having a swim in the sea unless you going snorkeling.

The staff - especially Doaa in Customer Relations - were very, very good. The room was also good size with nice balcony etc.

The biggest 'issue' was food (under an all inclusive package). More specifically just lack of variety & hygiene, having to pay for ice cream, no snacks available during most of the day. However, single biggest problem was food for vegetarians (i.e. hardly any choice at all, not clearly marked etc.). The swimming pool(s) were not cleaned, staff not enforcing the rules e.g. allowing very young children to 'mess' around in areas of pool clearly marked as for adults only.
