The room I was given over looked the hotel main entrance, and it was noisy all the time

It wasn’t my first stay in this hotel, vey good location, fantastic breakfast, comfortable bed

This year administration decided to open a night club on the roof and it was a disaster. Every night you cannot sleep due to loud music. Last year it was fanatic stay, that’s why I decided to stay again. But this year 😬

Review for Mary – The Housekeeping Fairy at 25hours Hotel, Dubai During my stay at the 25hours Hotel in Dubai, I had the absolute pleasure of being looked after by Mary, the wonderful housekeeping fairy on the 2nd floor. Mary truly went above and beyond to ensure my experience was nothing short of perfect. Every day, I would return to an impeccably clean, beautifully arranged room, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. Mary’s attention to detail is extraordinary — from the perfectly fluffed pillows to the neatly folded towels and even the small, heartwarming gestures that showed genuine care. Beyond her professional excellence, Mary’s warm smile and positive energy lit up my mornings. She carries herself with such kindness, respect, and dedication that you can’t help but feel genuinely cared for. Her presence elevated my stay from a typical hotel experience to something truly memorable and personal. Mary is a true gem, and 25hours Hotel is lucky to have her. I loved this hotel! I travel often for work, sometimes solo, and this hotel is definitely one of the top ones I've visited around the world. The staff is very nice and helpful without being overbearing. The hotel restaurant is great, the bar serves superb negronis, and there are spa facilities. I needed to do some work after checking out and used their co-working space, which was a plus. When I arrived, I did the check-in very late at night and Ilias from check in service was so kind! Special shout out to James from security who went out of his way to find my lost credit card, and Adi from the Spa who was so kind and friendly to me. Last shoutout goes to Daniel from the bar, who makes perfect Negronis!!!

the only thing that I flagged to staff was a damaged hair drier in my room. Other than that, everything was great! Another small detail is that I did not have any reading light next to my bed, only on the table/desk.

Getting checked in at 25hours Hotel Dubai One Central is as the name describes..there is not enough time in a day, from the moment you park in the vallet, passing through the concierge, reception and arriving to any of the amazing rooms, you feel at home. Creativity, co-work space,nomads and non-nomads..come as you are ..that is the motto. Late nights listening to Vinil discs, reading books in the main lobby, playing arcade games like Pacman, enjoying one last swimm until 10 pm and going to dance at any of the bars ...you just don't want to leave the Hotel! To all staff, I couldn't ask for better service, loved the food, your efficiency, the concern about each client when sending a text to the room, from the cleaning service and the comfort necessary when life gets busier. Until the next time ,thank you! 😊❤️

The design, the stall, the room, everything was very comfortable

I wish, I was informed there is music and partying till late hours of the night on Saturday, as for the Standard room facing the courtyard, you could hear everything - the music was loud

room amenities were great, the design and interiors of the hotel is well thought of - lots of interesting and creative concept all over the hotel which I really love! staff were nice and friendly, and very well done to housekeeping team for always keeping our room nice and tidy.

Despite the really pleasant employees, I believe there is definitely room for improvement. The check-in process was longer than normal; it probably took 20 to 30 minutes. We arrived for breakfast twice and it seemed as though they had forgotten about us both times. On the second day, we were almost finished with breakfast when someone asked if we wanted eggs. IRD service is also incredibly slow, have taken 30-45 mins for bucket of ice

Brendon was an amazing receptionist and a lovely person. He was happy to accommodate every need of ours. He also made our stay as enjoyable and as hassle free as possible. He did all that with a wonderful smile and an endearing demeanor :) We also loved the strong hipster-like identity of 25Hours. There was an incredible attention to detail throughout the hotel and some beautiful, artsy, choices all around. I'm not going to spoil the fun for you, but it's nothing you have ever seen before. I was mesmerized every single moment... A breath of fresh air in what has been an overly commodified and sterile sector. P.S. We loved the LG OLED TV. Thanks for not cheaping out on the TV!

The room service was a little slow and the shower's temperature setting was inconsistent.

This is the best hotel where I have ever stayed in the world. And I have stayed in a lot of hotels. This one felt super good. The atmosphere is so unique. The people are great. You just want to spend your whole day in the hotel and not move out. The meeting rooms are amazing and everybody in my Google meets calls was asking me if it was a real background (view on Museum of future). The monkey bar is great. The café downstairs has an amazing fluffy croissant and pain au chocolat and most superb service ever with Debby and Faith.
