I had a truly great experience staying at Ibis One Central in Dubai. The team members were wonderful and always helpful throughout my stay. A special thanks to Waqar and Kholoud from the Reception team for their warm hospitality, as well as Su and the entire breakfast restaurant team for their excellent service. The breakfast spread was generous with a variety of good choices to start the day right. The hotel’s location is very convenient—just a short walking distance from the Metro, making it easy to get around the city. Also, a special mention to the detox water available at the hotel—it was truly refreshing and a lifesaver after a walk outdoors. Thank you to the entire team for the great service and memorable stay!

Excellent friendly, professional, competent and helpful staff at reception. Very helpful with the booking in and out. The housekeeping staff was friendly and provided necessities quickly when required. The food services provided tasty breakfasts every morning and we loved the variety of choices. The dining room staff worked very well together. Loved the outside dining area that created a very relaxing atmosphere. The security staff was friendly and helpful in weighing the suitcases prior to departure. The agent that did the booking for the Desert safari tour was friendly, efficient and answered all our questions. I loved that it is situated close to the metro station and in walking distance. Could easily visit the tourist attractions. Found a ATM also nearby. Various restaurants are available close to the hotel and metro station I will definitely recommend One Central - World Trade Centre Hotel Dubai

The staff was very friendly, especially Khaled and Ivy. The service was also fast, and the breakfasts were great. Despite the large number of guests, the hotel was surprisingly clean. The location is perfect, and the free internet was consistently good. In terms of price and quality, it even exceeded my expectations. I was very pleased and highly recommend it.

The only thing I didn't like was that check-in took much longer than the scheduled time, which felt inconsiderate. Because of the delay, we had to rush to make it to the safari tour. Additionally, we had to call and request bath accessories every time, and there were no robes provided at all. Some of the towels weren’t perfectly white, which was disappointing. Lastly, the rooms with king-size beds felt very narrow, making it difficult to move around.

I recently stayed at the Ibis Hotel near the World Trade Centre in Dubai, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The location is absolutely fantastic, just a quick 2-minute walk to the World Trade Centre, which made attending the exhibition incredibly convenient. The staff specially (Shebaz )were friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms, while on the smaller side, were clean and well-maintained, providing all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The cozy atmosphere made it a nice retreat after a busy day. However, a bit more space would have been appreciated, especially for those staying longer. One suggestion for improvement would be to offer complimentary laundry services. Many hotels in the area provide this, and it would be a great addition to enhance the guest experience. Overall, I would recommend the Ibis Hotel for its prime location and excellent service. With a few tweaks, it could be an even more outstanding choice for travelers.

The rooms were small

Great location—just a short walk from Genetec, where I did my training, as well as close to DWTC and the Dubai Metro Station. Excellent value for money

The room felt smaller compared to other Ibis hotels I’ve stayed at, like the Ibis near Dragon Mart in International City. The food was okay, but the variety was limited. Unlike the Dragon Mart branch, there were fewer options—no soups or salads with salmon, for example. Also, there was no option to have eggs cooked to order by the chef, which I missed."

Everything was great during my stay at the ibis hotel chain, as I already know what to expect from them. However, one thing could be improved: the hotel staff should complete all their tasks in one visit. After the room is cleaned in the morning, there’s no need to come back multiple times – first to bring water, then for something else, and later in the afternoon to knock on the door and ask if we’re satisfied with the service. This creates unnecessary interruptions. Other than this, everything was perfect.

We like everything about the ibis hotel, very clean and the housekeeping ensure that the room always clean, the breakfast buffet is amazing with different choices of food.. the staffs are very kind and helpful.. which we really recommend your hotel to our family and friends

Just one thing we looking for the rest of amenities like toothbrush and toothpaste.. soap and shampoo, the hotel didn’t provide at all
