Great hotel! clean, comfortable and quiet. the staff was exceptional! Pol, LUAN, Adrian and reymar made us feel so welcome. they were friendly and professional and kind! They are a true asset for this property. they went above and beyond with excellent customer service.

we left the hotel for a few days and returned for our last night's. we were told that we could leave a piece of luggage in storage room. At the last minute before departure Kenya told staff that we could not. we spent the evening finding a storage locker instead of enjoying the city. Kenya could have allowed it , but chose not to. Her customer service is lacking. And she put staff in a difficult position as well.

The reception and cleaners - the only people we came in contact with - were very polite, and spoke very good English. The room was beautifully clean, and even had a weighing scales - perfect for weighing the luggage before returning home! Tea and Coffee facilities in the room and a good mini-bar. Plenty of sockets for electrical items. Separate toilet cubicle and shower cubicle with the sink outside of both. Great if you're there for a weekend break and don't want to have to wait for the other person to finish using one or the other so you can get out and explore the city.....

The only issue I had was the shower. It was a great size, beautifully powerful but kept running freezing cold and then boiling hot intermittently. Since we only needed to use it once each day I didn't feel the need to complain or mention it at the time because everything else was excellent. It might be worth looking into though?

The Service.

The Bed mattress was Hard. And the hallway to the hotel room smelled like there was a sewage leak.

Loved the location , a bit of quiet in a very bustling area. The room was reasonably sized and comfortable. The staff was friendly, special mention to Adrian at the reception who went above and beyond often, recommending places and even offering an umbrella when we were going.

Someone was smoking on our floor (or close to our room) , even though this was not allowed. This rendered the floor corridor and room so full of smoke that it was impossible to sit there ( this happened on the last day of the stay). The staff tried their best to remove the smells when we stepped out but they weren’t able to enforce the no smoking rule and the room was once again filled with smoke the morning we left. The toilet and bathroom being separate is great but there was very little space to get around the doors and past the sink. The lighting in the room isn’t too great, and there are a myriad of switches that constantly caused confusion. Would stay again, but not in rooms 105 or 106 (next to the pool, where smoking is allowed)

It was the 2nd year my mum and I stayed at this hotel so it tells you a lot. If we come back to Barcelona we will without doubt stay at the hotel again. The staff is extremely friendly, shame I didn’t take their names but mainly staff at the reception and at breakfast, they are the ones we interacted with the most. The location is perfect it only takes 10-15 minutes walk to reach La Rambla. Also very quiet room, I can’t believe how quiet even with the busy traffic

I can’t find anything. We did have a problem with the sink which we reported straight away. Unfortunately the problem couldn’t be resolved so we were offered free breakfast the next day

Our hotel room was upgraded (due to availability) and most of the staff were friendly and helpful however one staff member refused to give us robes (even though we stayed in a room which should have included robes). Initially, the staff member told me "I was lucky to get a room upgrade and I should be grateful when I asked for a robe". In the end, the robes were given however this encounter left a bitter taste so I won't be staying here again.

One staff member in particular ruined the experience for me. If not for that individual my experience at the hotel would have been 10/10.

We completely enjoyed our 6-day stay in this lovely hotel. The staff at the reception was always very kind, helpful and professional. The facilities are good, our room was quite spatious, well equipped and perfectly clean. The terrace with private pool was a very welcomed bonus (although it makes the room a bit pricey, but we went for it deliberately). The breakfasts were rich and very tasty with food being replenished often. The location is perfect, on well-know street with a good accessibility to public transport (subway is just around the corner, bus some 100-120 m away). Our room with terrace was oriented to inner backyard, so it was very quiet there and guests have absolutely beautiful views of the city. All the main Barcelona attractions are within a walking distance = some 10-45 minutes of walk a max. All in all, this is a really very nice hotel and we can safely recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant stay in Barcelona!

Everything! The cleanliness of the property is amazing, the staff are super welcoming and helpful. Adrian checked us in and was super helpful and genuinely cared about our stay in Barcelona and recommended some great places to go to. We had issues with our flights and rebooked here with the Hotel Manager, Kenia, who was also an absolute dream to communicate with. Me and my friend talk about how great this place is and staying in a hotel where the staff actually care about your wellbeing is one to be endorsed. I will tell all my friends and family to stay here when visiting Barcelona. Thanks so much Adrian and Kenia for your awesome hospitality. We loved it!

We loved everything about our stay here!

The location of the hotel is fantastic, that was the main reason for choosing this hotel. Check-in was fast and professional, thanks to the friendly member of staff at reception Kenia. Got offered room 301 a very spacious room. There is a lot of room to place luggage, a large bathroom, huge vanity table, mini fridge, seating etc. Mattresses were a little bit on the "springy" side, but did have a good night of sleep. The pool area was very clean and looks recently renovated. The pool is a plunge pool not a swimming pool but works perfect for getting refreshed after a hot day in the city.

Nothing really

Very comfortable hotel. 5min walk from Aerobus bus stop and metro station, walking distance from Placa Catalunya and Rambla. Nice regional tapas bar right just across the street. Supermarket just aside the hotel. Calm at night (we had a room at 1st floor with window on the mail street and no noise at all by night). We had a superior room with coffee/ tea making set, spacious and comfortable. Safe luggage deposit after check- out. Very friendly and helpful staff. Definitely we will come back to this hotel if we travel to Barcelona again.

The swimming pool is rather a big bathtub and the terrace in reality is very small and it’s open only until 8 p.m. We originally planned to use it but not after we saw it.
