Clean and fresh cozy hotel in the very heart of the city. Extremely polite and friendly staff! They immediately helped us even with the very minor requests (like sending a post card or changing the card). The room was quite tiny but we didn't need much space; good bed; spacious bathroom with all the needed supplementaries. Good breakfast and free coffee and pastry after lunch. I would even rate it more than three stars. Many thanks to the whole team!

1) Maybe the shower could be cleaned more from the rust 2) We could not connect our laptop to the TV (also there was no hdmi cabling at the reception desk). But those are minor issues, of course :)

Very quiet and quaint

Uber would not pick us up or drop at location, was not easy to get luggage in and out. Water was only available during coffee service . The water offered in the room was priced way too high . I paid over 7 euro for 2 bottles of water because nothing was available at a more reasonable cost in lobby . Do better on that area H10

The hotel is in an excellent location. Located close to a metro station. Great restaurants close buy. A lot of the main attractions within walking distance. Room is small but very comfortable. Beds good and the room very quiet. Staff friendly and helpful. Used the breakfast one morning and it was good. Most mornings went to coffee shop in the area which there are many.

The location is very convenient via public transport. It will be difficult for taxi/uber to arrive as it is a narrow retail street for people shopping. However the hotel can help calling the taxi, and we had no issue reaching the hotel with our big suitcases by taking metro. The room was comfortable, and staff was friendly. There was coffee/snack provided for free in the afternoon. There are many shops and restaurants nearby.

The shower water was slightly weak. Our room faces the street and it was usually quiet at night. However there was someone having house party in the building in front of us in the first night, which caused some noises and if people were speaking on the street, you can hear from the room.

I loved how much space the room had! I stayed in other boutique hotels and they didn’t have that much space. Room was very clean and tidy. Love that bathroom had a bidet!! Haven’t seen one in so long! 24 hours front desk is a most for me, staff was very friendly. Hotel has buffet style and a la carte breakfast available, very handy if you want to hit the road early and not waste time in finding a place to eat in the morning. Very close to the Cathedral, for your spatial reference. In the heart of the Gothic area.

This place is in a perfect location in the Gothic Quarter of Barcelona. You can basically walk out your door and get to any restaurant, shop, or bar you want and it's very close to the main water front. The room was large and came with everything we needed. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We got a glass of champagne on our arrival and they have a free coffee bar in the afternoons. We'd definitely stay here again.

The mini fridge was packed so hard to put your own wine/beer in it.

Location couldn’t be better, very clean, staff all very friendly and hotel felt very safe. Beds also super comfy and good shower! The free coffee/pastry spot from 1-8 is also a lovely touch.

The air con could definitely be better, they are left on to try and keep cool but it isn’t as strong as you’d maybe like.

Our stay was amazing. The room was a bit old, but very clean and comfortable. It was also cleaned every day. The hotel is located in the center of Gothic Quarter, so you can reach La Rambla or Plaça de Catalunya by foot very quickly. The hotel staff deserves a separate mention. Everyone was very friendly, polite and helpful. We arrived at the hotel 5 hours before our check in time and wanted just to store our bags, so we could explore the city, but instead they allowed us to check in in the room 5 hours earlier. We also had a small issue in the bathroom that was fixed literally within 5 minutes. The breakfast was pretty simple, but very tasty and the eggs are freshly cooked according to your preference.

The location! Right in the middle of the Gothic Quarter. We were very happy to be away from the CROWDS on La Rambla! But it was only a 5 minute walk IF we wanted to go there. We did once, and quickly returned to the Gothic Quarter for the history, architecture, shops and food. The rooms are a good size, nice size bathroom with good water pressure. We had two twin beds pushed together and it worked out great (larger than a queen). The staff was as fluent in English, kind and helpful!

Bedding could have been better. Higher thread count sheets and fluffier pillows. They were fine, but upgraded bedding would have been appreciated.

The staff, incredibly friendly. The attention to little details like the coffee machine and pastries for all guests. The chocolate treats we found on the bed the day after. I had the TV not working correctly and even without mentioning to the reception, I found it fixed the day after. The super comfortable bed. The position is extremely convenient. Steps away from the cathedral and the subway station

I only wished I had room with the little balcony as shown in the pictures but it was a trivial thing
