I am a wheelchair user. I had made contact with the hotel by email and phone to make sure that my room was the accessible room that was in the photo on Booking.com however when I arrived at the hotel they had put me into a normal room with no balcony And a very small doorway which was not suitable for my powered wheel it was 10 pm at night thank the Lord I got through the small doorway and was able to sleep for one night as it was late. I was not happy with this situation as it was not the room I had booked I had to wait two days to get the room I had booked because they had booked it to somebody else. It seemed there was a big mixup apart from that when I got to my adapted room, it was very accommodating and staff were very nice however the lift is very small but just about able to get a wheelchair in. The manager was not empathetic to us and said the booking had got mixed up in the system. 😟 The hotel was a very good location five minutes from the beach and the old town where they have accessible Swimming Entertainment was loud until 12 pm but that’s Spain overall I enjoyed the holiday

Location was great, and really clean hotel. Staff were lovely at the front desk too and very helpful.

We were originally given an adjoining room, and you can hear everything through the door gaps. However, we were moved when asked with no problem! The breakfast food wasn’t to our liking but personal preference, just a bit basic and had been left out a while so the eggs had a hard crust to them and the bread was stale. The staff at breakfast were a bit abrupt, with one waitress shouting at us to sit down, and a waiter threw tea spoons on our table which was a bit odd. The pool area was nice, but at certain points not enough sunbeds.

The location of the hotel is excellent, you are in the centre of town with easy access to new town and old town. The rooms were obviously sound proofed as I didn't hear any noise at night (aside from the odd siren). I would say this is a very average place - the decor is pleasant, there was a little fridge in my room, a balcony - I couldnt really complain. I went on my birthday and they kindly gave me a bottle of champagne! The outside pool amenities whilst small, were well shaded, so you can relax out of the midday sun. There is also a well equipped gym

The breakfast buffet was a little underwhelming and full of cake/beige food. The fruit options were ok though. My check-in was supposed to be 2pm but my room wasn't ready until 3pm - the response was that I have a 12pm check out which wasn't really the point!

It’s a very good hotel, with its central location, very reasonably priced, with breakfast included. The staff were very friendly and despite noon check out, we were able to use the shower facilities later that evening. We will be rebooking for next year. Cannot really fault it.

The shower in my room was So powerful, that the pressure lifted the shower head up constantly. So, besides running up and down the (large) shower enclosure, I had to hold it in place to wash myself. It wasn’t a massive issue for me and none of the others in the group had that issue. It certainly wouldn’t put me off

The radiators were not working and the air con didn’t heat the bathroom. The bathroom was chilly.

The location was great, easy to reach the beach and all the amenities. The property was quiet, and with children is a great place to stay during the holidays. The breakfast was good, lots of varieties, and the activities during the day we were also great to experience.

There is nothing we did not like about the property. I would suggest the bathroom door needs refurbishing, and the hair dryer did not work.

Location was great, just in the city centre with all the shops and bars and literally 3min walk from the beach. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The cleaning lady was coming every day to tidy up and clean if needed or change towels. Staff was amazing, from the receptionists, bar staff, restaurant staff, cleaning members…all great.

It was a little licking in the bathroom by the toilet seat and shower. Didn’t bother me much or create any problems. Apart from that it was all perfect

No issues at all. The staff were so friendly, smily and helpful. The breakfast was ace! A buffet breakfast that had everything you could want for breakfast and as much as you want. The pool and sunbed area are lovely, well maintained and spotless. I could keep going, I have no complaints what so ever!

The maid kept forgetting to replenish our 'English' tea bags and milk in the room, a very small complaint, but it was never a problem, we just had to ring for more.

I needed a comfortable base to explore the city and area using local transport. Situtated close to all amenities, it was a perfect choice. The food choices on offer at all the meals were excellent ... homestyle cooking with healthy choices at all meals. The hotel was spotless and the staff very friendly and accomodating

For my needs, it ticked all the boxes ... if the weather had been just a bit warmer ... 4 stars Plus!

Breakfast was great lots of options, location is right in the middle of old town and new town and only a short walk to the beach. The entertainment in the day time was lots of fun. The hotel is very quiet so got a good nights sleep.

I think the hotel would benefit from some more sunbeds as if you get to the pool late you are unlikely to get one in busy periods.
