The property is fantastic for groups - the 2 bed apartments are great. It says they sleep 5, but this would had meant someone sleeping on the couch. I would recommend these rooms for 4 persons. Likewise with the studio suites, it’s one double bed and a couch. We booked in advance and got it for a great price. The bar serves a great selection of drinks and snacks - I would recommend the full English and the pizzas. The location is good and not too far away from all the bars. The pool area is lovely.

Check-in wasn’t great and we didn’t have the best first impressions, but everything else made up for it. We were a group of 20 and they wanted to log every single guests passports while we were stood there (in other properties I’ve seen staff scan passports and enter the information later). Only 1 out of the 1 guys on reception could speak English, making check in very slow. They also tried to tell me I hadn’t booked enough rooms and it took my a long time to go through each individual booking.com confirmation to prove I needed keys for one more that I had paid off. The lifts were not great. When we arrived only 1 was working. Even when both were working, they were slow and didn’t fit many people in. Security deposit was 300€ per room payment on card

We absolutely loved everything about our stay here. The rooms were modern, clean and the spacious shower was a god send! The facilities in the building downstairs are basic, but everything you could expect for a place of this size and more. All of this is no good however, unless the staff are good, and let me tell you... the staff here were outstanding!! From the hassle free check-in (18 lads), to organising taxis when we left they were brilliant and couldn't do enough for us. Thank you all so much. It was very much appreciated!

Location to all facilities bars/beach/shops,within easy walking distance to the strip if that’s what you’re looking for

On arriving at the apartment complex we were allocated the smallest room imaginable. 2 beds/1 table and 1 chair and a window that opened head height. On going to see the reception desk for an alternative room that I assumed as standard via the internet,an additional 180 euro was paid to change rooms. In hindsight this was cheaper than alternative accommodation,as it would not be possible it enjoyable to be couped up a week in there

Very strict around pool in bringing own food or drink. I understand why, the drinks are reasonably priced and they do offer snacks food etc but they don’t sell everything so a bit unfair when I want a monster and sweets. My towel did also go missing, think house keeping got confused as it was all white but totally different. The manager did want to give me a replacement so really good about it, hand luggage only wont fit their thick towels in though.

Amazing stay at this hotel in Benidorm! I would definitely recommend! We booked the studio suite and it is quite spacious and very comfortable, extremely clean, and with a large terrace that has beautiful views over the city. The suite has very large windows stretching from one side of the room to the other, with a lot of natural light and sunshine coming in through the day, which is wonderful, and the whole time you are there you can also see all the high rise buildings around, as well as the sea nearby and mountains surrounding the city in the distance. The beds are very comfortable as well, and the bedroom, kitchen area and bathroom are fully equiped and have everything you could need during your stay. The hotel was very clean, all the staff members were really nice, friendly and helpful, daily cleaning service was also available. The location is fantastic, right in the city centre and very close to the beach and all the restaurants, bars, shops etc., you name it. We even decided to extend our stay here as we truly enjoyed it so much! We would definitely love to come back!

Location was ideal to walk to all the amenities we required. The hotel was immaculate, and the junior suites we had were very spacious. We also never heard a sound from other guests rooms even although they were next door to us. No banging doors, or noisy corridors was appreciated. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t great so we didn’t use the pool facility, however it would have been ideal. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Only one small critic inI the bar, would have been nice to have our wine in a glass rather than a tumbler, both the red and white were disgusting, and put us off using the bar whilst waiting for others getting ready. But would still come back to the hotel. .

Really modern & clean, rooms were big & very clean. Not too far from the main strip but a 10 minute walk to the main area but there are shops & restaurants right outside. Staff were amazing throughout the day, really welcoming & accomodating when drinking at the pool all day, bringing drinks out for us on trays rather than making us do multiple trips & always joking when serving. Pool is clean & a friendly, fun environment for all ages (adults). Highly reccomend.

Excellent location, only a 5 minute walk from Levante beach, the apartment is located towards the far end of the "new town" so about a 15 minute walk to the strip. There are plenty of shops and restaurants near by, including a small supermarket. Taxis were always available opposite KFC and cost only 4/5 euros to the strip or 7/8 euros to the Old Town. The apartment was huge with two lovely bathrooms, couldn't believe how comfy the beds were! The 4/5 euro English breakfast in the hotel was banging and the coffee's were spot on. They also sell bottles/cans of beer and alco pops which were reasonably priced! Reception guys were lovely and really helpful and cleaners did a fab job. Would highly recommend and will defo return for another girls trip. Would not recommend for families with children.

Need way more chairs/sun loungers outside, there were no where near enough so we didn't ever end up using the pool which was a shame.

The hotel and apartments are very clean and exactly how described, good location, rooms contain everything you need to enjoy a comfortable stay with spacious balconies. Onsite cafe/bar which is very convient and ideal.for a day by the pool. Serving a variety of food to keep you fueled during your stay. Majority of staff are very friendly. Walking distance to the beach and plenty to do all around.

The pool required some attention. There was a green ring around the inside which was a little off putting and the water got misty over the duration of the stay. Security deposit of 150 euros had to be paid in cash, only certain guests were requested to pay this which was a little offensive
