My room was upgraded (i guess) because I had a cute little terrace with a table and two chairs. I couldn’t use it because it was to cold, but it was really lovely. The room in general was extremely good - had everything, iron kettle, coffee machine, hairdryer, shower is very good pressure. Spa is clean and renovated, but really small even for 6 people. Breakfast is high level! I definitely would stay there again.

I think 50 minutes of spa is not enough, spa is extra price

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the exceptional hospitality of the staff. Their care, professionalism, and genuine kindness made my stay feel truly special. They consistently went the extra mile to ensure every detail was perfect. The hotel itself is charming and comfortable, with everything kept in excellent condition. Its location couldn’t be better — conveniently close to the main sights and amenities, yet quiet enough to relax and unwind. A perfect combination of comfort, service, and location. I would happily stay here again without hesitation.

- Location: On the Main Shopping street of the City Center, but at the quiet end of the street. Very close to everything you need + the airport bus stops 50 meters from the hotel - Staff: friendly and helpful - Room: decent size and modern furniture. The bed was surprisingly comfortable and the bathroom had everything you need - Wi-Fi: was working fine -

- Price: Rather expensive - Housekeeping: While generally clean, if you looked into the corners or under the bed, it was pretty dusty. Also, we specifically had 2 separate duvets / bed covers, but housekeeping kept changing it to 1 big duvet, or exchanged the duvets for regular blankets. Very strange. - Rooftop: there is a small but nice rooftop area with a (very) small pool and about 10 sun beds. Unfortunately there are no parasols or any kind of shade, which makes the rooftop basically unusable until about 6pm during summer time

An excellent hotel, I wish I could have stayed longer! Very clean and comfortable, modern and well equipped. The thing I appreciated most about it were the soundproofed walls which ensure a private comfortable stay :) The breakfast is delicious, staff is friendly (special thanks to Rocio!), the gym is pretty nice, and the location is just great! Situated in a very calm and posh area: safe and peaceful, close to Guggenheim and the waterfront. Honestly a great choice, would come again anytime.

Overall my stay was great so no complaints. The TV model is a bit older so I couldn’t connect my Netflix account.

Really nice hotel. Unfortunately we don’t realise they had an outside area with heaters! We had looked at many places in the city for outside seating and heating because I like to smoke a cigar in the evening and we had one all along at the hotel! The room was really nice. Shower was great and shower door didn’t let water through which is a first for a hotel! The man on the reception desk Saturday morning and Sunday morning was really nice too. He wore glasses but didn’t get his name but he deserves a mention for his customer service. Thank you. I would definitely stay here again. It is a wonderful hotel.

Nothing. It was perfect.

We did not have breakfast or use the facilities which included spa, swimming pool and fitness center as we arrived in afternoon and left early. They did offer a complimentary drink as our room was not quite ready. However they promptly called us when it was and found out we’d been upgraded to the best room which had balcony with canopy, complimentary water, gummy bears and 2 Lindt chocolates and massive bed. The shower was powerful with 2 heads, the best on our travels actually. The superior room was quiet, private and spacious.

The weather😏which can’t be helped.

We had a lovely room - they put us on the 7th floor so we had a balcony we weren’t expecting. The bed was very comfortable, the room got very dark at night for sleeping, and the temperature was very controllable. The shower pressure was GREAT and the shower itself was lovely. Staff were all very friendly. The parking was right at the hotel. It was an easy walk everywhere we wanted to go (10 minutes to Guggenheim, 20 minutes to old city)

The food at the restaurant was fair but the service was quite poor. I think maybe they had much more of a crowd than they’d expected, but they ran out of many items and the waits were long. Staff still friendly during tho

The location of the hotel was excellent, everything we wanted to see or do was within walking distance. We felt very safe and the area had some lovely restaurants. The breakfast was excellent with a tremendous amount of choice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They booked a couple of restaurants for us. We had booked a Superior room which was located on the 5th floor, the room had plenty of space and there was a good amount of wardrobe space. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom a good size. The water was always nice and hot in the shower. Our towels were changed regularly. Further our room was lovely and quiet. All in all we thought the hotel was excellent.

Excellent location, the rooftop pool was very welcome to have in the hot sunny weather.

Unfortunately our iPad disappeared from our room when we were out, which was very unfortunate. However the hotel staff were very responsive & compensated us for the loss, even though we & they had no idea how it went missing. Unfortunate things like this do happen occasionally, it is how they are handled that makes all the difference & we left the hotel feeling very positive, so “thank you”.

Staff were incredibly helpful and nice and to speak to. The room with the balcony was lovely with great views of Bilbao and Catalonia Gran Via and it was nice that we could see the fireworks during the August festival from our own balcony. The spa access was also great alongside the breakfast variety and quality of the food. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again

The rooftop pool is much smaller in reality than in the pictures and it would benefit from having a small bar/ drinks area or just having staff up there to help with anything you need as a guest
