The pool area and sunloungers, food was good, beds in room were comfortable and staff were friendly.

No towels at pool had to wait each time an hour or more

Breakfast was excellent, our rooms were cleaned to a high standard and the staff were helpful.

The balcony area did not meet the standard of a 4-star hotel. Poor TV signals led to channels freezing or becoming unavailable. The area from the hotel perimeters to the pool, e.g., gardens, paths, and the step area were not adequately maintained. The outdoor pool was not to our taste. The bar did not accept cash; it was a credit card or charge to room only.

A lovely hotel in a nice place. Staff very friendly. Buffet dinner and breakfast was amazing - huge selection of local and international cuisine. There is a SPA and an outdoor and indoor swimming pool. The area around the pool is large enough to feel comfortable and there were enough sunbeds to avoid typical "sunbed wars".

There was no information in the room - how much for items in the mini bar? What treatments in the spa? Nothing. Not even TV channels list. Also, we were given only 2 towels even though there were 3 of us in the room.

Location is excellent and pool area perfect.

A minor issue on first day when waiting for pool towels - first I was told they would be available in an hour, 2 hours later - will be here in 10 minutes - end of day still did not appear - I had to go to the soa mid afternoon where a member of staff provided me with a couple of towels - trivial but in 30 degree heat at poolside a towel does come in handy! Pool bar food below par.

Very clean. Staff very helpful and friendly. Very close to Palma and could get a bus there. Across the road from the hotel you could access excellent restaurants with a variety and excellent quality of food. The hotel Spa and gym facilities are great.

If I had to change anything then I would consider putting in a third bed for family room instead of a sofa bed. The sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable and my adult daughter slept on the mattress on the floor instead, which was slightly better. The food, although it was an excellent variety wasn’t very hot. It was the hot plate food that was on the cool side. If anything could be changed maybe smaller pans of food that are changed more regularly would be a better idea. The food such as Omelettes etc that were cooked to order was piping hot and excellent.

Why did I need to go back to reception to get cards to give to the towel attendant, only 1% of the beds were being used, surely my room card would have been proof enough that I’m staying there? The fridge in the room is next to the bed enclosed in a cupboard, as no air was getting to the fan, the top of the fridge was red hot, I’m sure in the summer months this could be a fire risk? As a consequence, nothing in the fridge was actually cold, had to leave the door open and pull fridge slightly forward so the vents had air flow.

We were looking for a reasonably priced hotel with a large swimming pool. We didn't want to stay here at first, as the rating was quite low - only 8 - but the hotel met all our expectations and even exceeded them. Great gym, good breakfast, comfortable beds, excellent air conditioning, parking (normally its cost is 7 EUR per day, but since the gate was not working, we parked for free), big pool with plenty of sunbeds. The location is also superb - the capital Palma is a 15 min drive away, with lots of restaurants and cafes around.

As we left early - 7:00, we didn't have time to eat breakfast, as it doesn't start until 7:30, so I would recommend bringing the breakfast start time a little earlier. Also, I think the breakfast should have a bit more healthier food options.

Excellent breakfast choices of both hot and cold options included in the price of the room. The pool area was lovely and very well cared for. Our room was very clean and well maintained. Reception foyer was very smart in cool blue hues. There are plenty of shops around the hotel including cafes, restaurants, pharmacy and a supermarket.

It's called Marina but it's a 10 min walk to the port and marina area. This was OK for us, but could be a problem for others with less mobility.

Fantastic location. Five minutes walk into Portals. Perfect. The buffet breakfast is excellent with a wide choice of hot and cold food. The hotel is spotless and the bed really comfy.

Some of the reception staff could have been a little more friendly. Also the beach towel system needs looking at. You’re given a card and keep your towel for 2 days. It then should be replaced but there were no clean beach towels so we had to keep ours for the 4 days we were there for.

Breakfast was included and selection was very good and catered for all our needs including fresh omelettes. The room was as expected and had a pool view. The pool has been refurbed and is designed as a chill area and not very deep.

Usual stampede for beds but as it was June we still managed to get some. The towels are available from 10.00 am to 6.00 pm but a lot of inconsiderate guests hold on to them from the day before and put them on beds earlier than 10.00 am and then exchange them for fresh ones, resulting in the pool attendant running out of towels quickly as he has more dirty towels just after 10.00 am than fresh ones for guests using the proper process. We also had an incident where we could not get back in to the room and the Hotel had to call their facilities man and we did not get back in to our room until after 1.00 am after a 2 hour wait. Just an apology from the night porter and the manager, nothing else.
