This was the terrace room. While the weather was not suitable for lounging outside, it was still very pleasant to be able to get fresh air occasionally. And the views were very nice. The room was quiet and clean.

Some instructions on how to use the tv remote control would be welcome: some of us older travellers are not used to using the latest technology. The pictures of the room on the website were wrong. They were for the rooms without terrace. The room with a terrace is much smaller, it doesn't have the sofa shown in the pictures, and the bed in the terrace room is smaller. This needs to be corrected.

The hotel doesn’t have a own parking space so the best way is to park your car at parking Le Mans. You have to park your car backwards and leave your key in the car (something which is not regular for Dutch people). But please trust the people! Everything will be ok! Costs to park the car is ca. 16 euro/ 24 hr. (But ask the hotel if they have a special rate. I was forgotten to ask) Checkin at the hotel is quickly. The room is big and also the bathroom is nice and clean. There is a safe and a fridge! Airco is working well but at nights it can make some noise. The room is spacious and clean and the bed is good Breakfast is served from 7 till 10.30. And it is is very varied. The location is just perfect. You are in the city centre and you can walk to the plaza Mayor via a passage in ca 1 minute

It was just great

The location of this hotel is perfect, right behind the main square (Plaza Mayor). The hotel is very quiet, modern style, friendly staff. If you go there by car, they have a parking 5 minutes walk from the main entrance for 15 euro for 24 hours. I would recommend this hotel

The only little problem I had was that when I turned off the light at night I pressed the switch "general" thinking was a way to turn off all the light with one button, instead it turned the electricity off. This caused the day after that my phone didn't recharge> maybe it would be better to specify what that button is causing. Everything else was perfect

I had a superior room which was large and very well appointed. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the bathroom was very luxurious. The shower had excellent water pressure. The location is very close to Plaza Mayor and is in walking distance to all tourist attractions. The hotel is in a quiet street and there was almost no sound at all from other rooms. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel very close to Plaza mayor, Cathedrals and University. Rooms are of a good size but the window may look into an unsightly building central core

We had major difficulties in trying to find the hotel. There was an event being in rehearsal at the Plaza. Some of the streets we cordoned off and we didn't know whether the GPS was playing up as it was directing us to pedestrian walkways. After a frustrating 60minutes we parked and walked to the hotel. We are absolutely indebted to Adrian, the young manager from the hotel, who walked to our car and drove it to a car park used by the hotel. Adrian drove along the narrow laneways which we had thought were only for pedestrians but were in fact shared with motor traffic as well. If you are not familiar driving in such manner it can be very daunting as these narrow paths may not have natural exits.

Being told I'd have a taxi waiting to take me to bus station for bus to madrid airport at 5am No taxi waiting so missed bus had to pay 365 euros for taxi to airport or would miss flight Not all reception staff tell you same thing as staff member on morning told me they don't book taxis

Great locations, clean rooms and comfortable beds

There was a continuous high pitched sound (not loud) that I believe was from the central ventilation that bothered us a bit when trying to sleep. Also continental breakfast’s should have more options, such as pancakes, omelets or poached eggs on the menu

Staff were very nice. Nice breakfast. The location is perfect, right by plaza mayor and walking distance from almost all cultural attractions. The private terrace connected to our room would have been lovely if the weather was better. Very spacious and with a lovely view.

The room was little smaller than I expected but still very comfortable. If the weather had been a bit better the private terrace would more than have made up for it.

What an experience! The view of the cathedral from my room was otherworldly, and the location of the hotel itself is exceptional for exploring the city. Staff couldn't have been more helpful, and the buffet breakfast outstanding. I will recommend it highly to any of my friends heading for Burgos. Mil gracias!

Great breakfast buffet, late checkout at 12:30, friendly staff, very comfortable beds.

Ugly view out the window in our room, just an old apartment building, best to keep the shades closed. Location is a little difficult to get to by car, you have to thread carefully through pedestrian streets. Parking is difficult, street parking is practically non existent, and many parking garages are full in the evening, and parking spaces in them are ridiculously tight for anything bigger than a Fiat 500.
