The hotel is in really good condition and well maintained with everything cleaned to within an inch of its life, both in your room and public areas (especially the dinning room). Breakfast is of all the normal things you’d expect with juices, cold meats, breads, fruits and cooked eggs and bacon all on offer. The location couldn’t be better with the old towns main shopping street and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. There’s a bus station at either end of the main street with regular and cheap connections all over the city. The staff were polite and courteous, happy and very helpful from the front desk to the ladies who serviced the rooms.

Only minor gripe would be on the coffee machine at breakfast. It’s a bit slow and can cause a, albeit, short queue. Maybe they could add another machine to help solve this. There wasn’t anything else that was even remotely not to like.

I would actually provide an even higher rating than 10 if possible! Such a wonderful stay, such care for the guests that you don’t see that often these days. They provided free drinks and amenities, the toiletries were wonderful and even oil based no parabens. Every detail in the hotel is well done and with the client in mind. I loved everything about this stay, location is prime and also the comfort, breakfast, details. i could go in and on, if you are lucky enough ti book this stay, think no longer!

Ideal location for exploring old parts of the city and beyond, lots of museums, cathedral, restaurants and shops in easy walking distance. Bus stops nearby. Lovely room and pretty quiet considering city centre location. Air con was almost silent - a real bonus

Breakfast a little unimaginative, could have done with better selection of fruit for example. Having to pay for extra teabags and coffee pods in the room once we had used the 2 provided, seems a bit stingy when paying for a 4 night stay.

The location was perfect. We loved walking out in the evenings and choosing somewhere to eat and drink in the streets of the historic quarter. There was such a good vibe in the streets. I loved the roof top terrace and even when the bar wasn't open it was a nice place to sit and read. Our bed was big and very comfortable, and the room was cleaned every day. Bathroom to die for - what a shower!

There was nothing we didn't like. We didn't take breakfast so can't comment on that. It was all good.

Boutique Hotel Cordial Malteses greeted us with a very stylish clean room. The receptionists were all very lovely and helpful. We had a very nice sleep in the comfy bed, bathroom had all the necessary toiletries also. Breakfast was served in an intimate modern decorated room and had all the basics we wanted. The location is superb! Just in the old town and 1 minute from the main shopping street! Restaurant etc just around the corner. We parked on the Vegueta Market´s parking spot, it was convenient and only a short walk away from the hotel.

The location was great and convenient . The technology and quality of the room were excellent. Coneer (male) the reception manager was exceptional and kind. He helped us with maps and directions, recommendations for dinner, brought a gift and card for my partners birthday. He went above and beyond his duty. The bar manager was also exceptional kind swift funny efficient .

The breakfast was a poor offer considering how much we were paying £170 a night. The breakfast staff were rude and ignorant . The coffee machine broke down two mornings running. The staff refused to come out of the kitchen to fix it. I had to get reception staff to come and get it fixed. The second morning we waited for it to be fixed and then got told they had stopped serving so we should go to a cafe down the road ! They ran out of croissants juice and cheese the third morning . I asked for more the member of staff walked straight past me . After the third time of asking she simply refused ! It’s a shame as it really lets down a quality offer

Great location in old town, close to all the main points and great restaurants and bars all around. Staff were really helpful in terms of suggesting places to go and how to get there. Welcome drink and rooftop bar were really nice.

Price is quite high compared to other hotels

Beautiful old palace sympathetically converted to a boutique hotel. Room had lovely high ceiling with fresco work. Bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was yummy. All team were helpful and kind. I suspect we’ll book again for next year. Thanks for a great experience.

Absolutely nothing. It was all great.

I love the fact that it had previously been a palace. There has been no expense spared in making this hotel as wonderful as it is. We loved the rooftop bar which was very spacious. Our Cuban waiter was very friendly and helpful as well as giving us tips on where to visit and eat out too. We stayed in room 308 which was extremely comfortable with plenty of room. An added bonus was the tea and coffee facilities.

There was absolutely nothing at all that we did not like about this hotel and we will certainly be recommending this hotel to all our family and friends.

Lovely characterful hotel in the middle of the historic centre of Las Palmas. Close to shops in Trianna, great pizza place at the end of the street! Two bus stations nearby, giving you access to the whole island
