The aparthotel is located close to the beach and 650 meters from the Santa Catalina bus station, where the bus to the airport departs. Opposite the hotel there is a good supermarket, a quiet street leading to the park and the bus station. There are many shops and cafes around, a large shopping center is a 10-minute walk away. The apartment is well equipped, comfortable bed, balcony with sun lounger and furniture, everything you need in the kitchen, regular cleaning and very friendly staff. We spent an unforgettable two weeks, thank you!

Fairly priced, good facilities, good location. 3 minute walk to the beach, grocery store literally next door.

Price is low for a reason. Street outside the window is a residential area, thus has it all: drunk guy aggresively interacting with passers-by for two straight days, some african ladies arguing extremely loud at break of dawn, smoking stench from other balconies. On the other hand - isn’t it authentic stuff that people are seeking for? ;)

Good location for beach, bus station, restaurants and supermarkets during the day.

Balcony with terrible view of building 10 meters away. Streets around hotel a bit dodgy at nights with two all night drinking establishments in lane below balcony. The patrons of which required police attention about 10 in the morning to disperse most mornings.

Had a fantastic stay at RK Farallón. The staff were so friendly and helpful with suggestions of where to visit. Ursúla, at reception, was particularly helpful. Our penthouse duplex apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Just a couple of minutes walk to Santa Catalina square, the port and Canteras beach, the location is perfect. I would definitely recommend RK Farallón.

Absolutely nothing negative to say about RK Farallón

For the price, which was reasonable, this is an excellent aparthotel. The room has a small kitchen, fridge and freezer and a coffee machine. Small balcony as well. The room looks new, it's clean. There is a shop less than a minute away and the beach is 1-2 minutes walk away (amazing!). The staff at the reception was very helpful and gracious. A great stay, will come again if I want to do remote work, but the hotel would be amazing for a tourist stay as well.

Very small detail. The coworking space is in the basement, without windows. I did not work there too much because of that, but I did use the great meeting rooms for calls.

Friendly staff, clean room, very close to the beach. Has coworking area, gym and sauna but didn’t use, and washing machine and dryer in the basement. Balcony is very overlooked and has no view but a pleasant addition to the room. Recommend, I would stay again.

I was very satisfied but to give some feedback for further improvement: there was no desk in the room, just a small round table with two chairs that were a bit too low. For guests on Workation a desk or table with proper chairs would be better.

We didn't have breakfast but loads of breakfast places nearby and very cheap. There's a supermarket right opposite for everything and stays open late. Near to beach and town and local restaurants. Bedroom balcony overlooked but that can't be helped... Great central location for buses and amenities. Friendly helpful receptionists.

Shame about the view but that can't be changed. Would have liked a little bit of English TV Need another bar of soap during the week. Easily sorted.

Very friendly service, nice and easy to get a surprisingly modern, spacious and clean room. Great that there was a gym on site. Everything was within walking distance. If you're after a "fancy" vibe or ocean views, this is not the place for you but if you would like something fresh, fun and local, this is perfect.

A very minor issue which is probably temporary, but the elevators take some time, which is only a problem for the first moment where you need to transport luggage, otherwise very easy to take the stairs - no big deal!

The kind, helpful receptionists, the scrupulous cleaning by lovely friendly cleaners, the location near the beach and many good eating places, the kindness we were shown when it came to storing our bags and even having a late shower before we got on our night flight, the gym, the comfortable beds, the efficiently designed kitchenette, the bathroom facilities, the little balcony with its table - so much to like. We were sorry to leave.

The one small downside was the noise from the club situated just below our window. The customers came out of the club in the middle of the night, every night, and stood about in the street shouting and arguing and blowing smoke which drifted into our room. Not easy to sleep through this.
