Food, rooms, place, cats. It was good time. Friendly young staff. Helpfull reception.

Maybe the temperature of water in swimming pool could be higher. And, if they say live music I think it will be not an old dj but live music. ;)

Good hotel/resort, big apartments, nice pool, clean, tasty food. We were all inclusive it was a good choice. We had a free private parking just for us with the key. There are 5-6 places. The hotel deserves more than 2 stars. Super value for the money..

The heated pool was very welcome considering we were there in December. The cottages were nice, well equipped, with a small yard and terrace behind the cottage. The food was not very varied but it was delicious. If we didn't make it to lunch, we could ask for a package after breakfast and we would receive a sandwich, fruit, and a drink.

The lady at the reception was not very welcoming, the lifeguard we had from the first few days was not present at the pool opening time at 10:00. He came to draw our attention that in his absence we would not be able to enter the pool. The child was impatiently waiting for the pool to open.

This was our 5th Christmas 🎄 in the Vista Oasis, and once again, we had a great time. Everything from the room to the pool to the staff was perfect, and a big thanks to Evelyn and Lolly for the nice drinks and conversation.

The entertainment has been the same for the last 5 Christmas's from the songs to the way it's done too much macarena and YMCA also it's only set up for the German Spanish and Italian guests if your Irish or English forget about it as you won't be catered for I'm sure this could be a easy fix with some modern songs and music

For a 2 star resort we was pleasantly surprised. It was far better than a lot of 3 star resorts we have stayed in. The accommodation was great. Good sized and very clean bungalow. The staff were friendly and helpful and the food was really good. We would definitely return. Don't let some of the negative reviews put you off. Great value for money. If you want 5 star obviously you need to pay 5 star. All in all this place is highly recommended.

Only a minor point but the lighting was very dim in the lounge area but no big deal.

Hotel was clean and tidy

The fact when you check out at 11am you loose access to all inclusive baring in mind i paid for 7 days. By the time of arrival i managed to get my evening meal but no b,fast or lunch so rightly so i should have access to this on day of check out. Its location on the hill with nothing around apart from a local spar shop, no problem walking down to the main centre 50min but taxi back due to hills. Lack of hotel entertainment at night and nothing throughout the day not even music

For our Family the rooms were with perfect size and location. The food variety was enough. It was good that there were always fresh fruit and salads accompanied with nice meat dishes. And french fries and icecream for children, if they choose not to select any new and interesting foods. The poolside was great and there was always room.

The outside doors were without any soundproofing so the entertainment in the evening was basically like in your room. Even if you actually wanted to go to sleep.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, spacious bathroom and terrace. We had two bungalows and could go from one to the other via the terrace and garden. Towels were changed often. Drop off area at the front of the place and large free parking quite close (walking distance) down the hill. Small supermarket (but with all the necessary things) and good restaurants nearby.

We had no problems. Unfortunately we could not park in front of the place but the free parking with a lot of space was close enough. Some people say the food is not good but we only had dinner there once and it was okay for the money we paid.

It was clean and within this price range a very good option if you do not need anything extra and mostly arrange your own daily needs and have a car, this is a good option. One thing that really amazed me and I still am amazed about is that (I was here with Pride) at a certain night I wanted to go out and needed a taxi but since it was pride there were none available on the line. The (night)clerk said it might be best to just walk a little towards the big road and hail a taxi in the way. But I was wearing an outfit in which I did not feel completely safe alone on the streets and the clerk told me to just stand on the end of the parking lot at the road and wait there until a taxi comes by and he would watch me just as long until I would have a taxi. This was an AMAZING effort beyond all means and I really felt safe because of this. Seeing how quiet it eventually was I after 10 mins walked back and thanked him and said I would give it a try walking a bit so he could go back inside! THANK YOU for that, this really restores faith in humanity 💖

The breakfast/lunch was the only thing I was disappointed about, very dissatisfied with what they call ‘food’ and the cook should be ashamed of himself serving this ‘food’. I did not expect a fancy lunch but at least do some effort making it eatable and make sure things are not undercooked. I won’t say more as I for the rest had an amazing stay but this had to be said.

Parking was not possible due overbooking. They but us to the waiting list and next day other worker said that we are not on the list. We was asking about late check out and receptionist told that until 13:00 its possible to be in the apartment but next day other worker came and said that we need to go out 11:00 and nobody hasn't allowed us to stay longer. So seems like no communication between them.
