Lovely terrace and patio furniture. Clean and quiet room. Nice size room with good AC and they have very comfortable beds. Very cool that they have one US outlet in addition to all the standard European ones. Staff was nice upon checkin and our room was ready a little earlier than expected which was nice.

Lots of little damage to the bathroom, broken mirror, broken sliding door glass, scratches on the shower hardware. It was a nice spot and clean but these items should be fixed. Also our balcony door wouldn’t open. Sofa is tiny for two people. We were only there one night so not enough time to let the front desk know. Otherwise very nice but these things should be fixed.

The apartment is in an AMAZING location in the heart of town and walkable to many attractions, shops and restaurants. It had a lovely contemporary feel to it. + The windows had a remarkable ability to block out street noise. The welcome cold water and coffee was appreciated.

The place was great but would be easily improved with small tweaks, like providing a full set of cutlery and installing towel rails/hooks. + Sometimes, the beautiful trendy features were an inconvenience - such as the dining chairs that didn't fully tuck in under the table or the shower soap dispensers that were too hard to press. The pool supervisor could have been friendlier.

The room was stylish but not practical. Only one small wardrobe and no space for shoes. The safe was a joke. It was light and anyone could have carried it out of the room because it wasn't bolted to the wall. Also, a coffee machine that only got 2 coffee buttons is not good from the guest's point of view, because no one should go and buy a big package of coffee buttons for just one week. The check in was also very stressful. We arrived at midnight and although I had given all our details with passport numbers etc beforehand we were forced to enter all the stuff into a check in machine which did not work properly. Thank god there was a receptionist still at his desk who helped us and gave us the keys.

The staffs are very good service , recommended us for nearby nice spanish restaurants. We are family of 3 with 24yrs. daughter, stayed on the floor. The room was well designed, didn't feel cramped, and was functional. The bed was comfortable, bright, and clean. There was an elevator, don’t worry about luggage. The bed was comfortable. The location was in the middle of the city, making it easy to walk anywhere. We didn't buy breakfast. I recommend staying here.

The apartment was a beautifully furnished modern apartment with everything we needed. The pull out beds for the kids were great and much better than sofa beds. Our large king size bed was very comfy and the apartment was lovely and clean. Having someone on reception in the building also made it feel safe and the staff were helpful when we needed anything. The rooftop pool was lovely, small but a great area to relax in the sun. Location was perfect and within walking distance to plenty of restaurants and attractions. We will definitely stay there again when we visit Madrid in the future.

The location of 60 Balconies Iconic in Madrid was an excellent stepping stone to explore the central and cultural areas of the city. If you are fit, healthy and can walk moderate distances, all the major attractions and cafe/restaurant areas were accessible. The rooms have been renovated and serviced daily. As a studio apartment, it was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Ignore the swimming pool - it really is an oversize paddle pool and more for decoration.

Linen could have been a higher quality or changed every few days.

The room was spacious and bright, which we liked. There are utensils, plates, bowls, and some kitchenware in the kitchen. So you can do some cooking here. It also provides coffee powder and a huge bottle of water. Something we also like about it is that there are lots of plugs in the room and some are USB plugs, which are convenient for people who do not use European plugs. The person at the reception desk was nice and welcoming. She explained clearly about the use of the key and door code. We are also satisfied with the location of the hotel. It is in the center of the city so we were able to just walk to the shopping area within 10 minutes.

Clean. Clever design. Efficient

Pool closed between 8pm and 10am . As tourists we wanted to use before we went out and when we got home. Those times didn't work for our schedule

The location of the hotel is perfect, the entrance to the hotel was very practical. We liked that the furniture was aesthetic and the building was a new structure.

There were unclean areas in the room. The coffee machine was broken. Every morning while we were sleeping the cleaning staff would knock on the door and wake us up, so it was disturbing. They didn't clean the sheets unless we told them.

The apartment was perfect and just what we had wanted thank you.

Sadly the terrace bar was closed for all but one of the days we were there.this meant that seating near the pool was very limited and given there were several families staying we found it very hard to get any seating at all. This was a big disappointment as had specifically selected the accommodation for a pool. Perhaps if terrace car is closed allowing residents to use seating would help.
