We wanted a hotel that was reasonably central and close to a Metro stop. Eurostars Central was very close to Tribunal (and the Barcelo Market). The check-in was very friendly and our room, which was on the top floor, had a terrace which gave an impression of space. I thought breakfast was excellent with very friendly staff who were quick to clear tables and restock items. The selection was good and of excellent quality.........I think the orange juice was actually freshly squeezed. I learned what you do with the big bowl of natural tomato......add a little olive oil/balsamic and use as a "spread". Good Internet speed but see below...........

Madrid we thought was not an expensive city but €1600+ for our 7 nights is more than we would normally want to pay. However, compared to other hotels this wasn't an outrageous price. I didn't dislike the decor/style but neither did I especially like it........it was a little minimalistic and a previous reviewer's description of the breakfast room as like a "university canteen" was rather accurate. The Internet was fast but you couldn't stream your phone to the TV which was mounted very close to the wall. I wanted to do this as there were no English TV channels (but this was Spain).

The location of the hotel is the best. The metro station named Tribunale is 5 minutes walk. The city centre is a 10-minute walk. There are a lot of shops, grocery stores and food shops near the hotel. The cleaning level of the room is excellent. The breakfast was very good.

The size of my room was tiny. The bed was a kid-size, not a king-size. Every time I turned in my bed, thinking that just I would fall. But when I booked my room, everything was written in the confirmation in contrast to the reality.

Eurostars Central in Madrid exceeded our expectations in almost every way. The location is truly unbeatable, with close proximity to vibrant Chueca, the upscale Salamanca neighborhood, and the lively Gran Vía. You’re right in the heart of the city! The hotel itself is modern and located in a newer building and our room was spacious and exceptionally clean. The breakfast was another highlight of our stay. Not only was the food delicious, but the buffet was also well-stocked throughout the morning. Even if you arrive last-minute, they consistently replenish items, so there’s always a full selection to choose from. Finally, the Wi-Fi was impressively fast and reliable, we had no issues staying connected. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers looking for a stylish, comfortable stay in Madrid!

Simple but good. Great location, very close to the metro station and walking distance to many highlights. The staff was super friendly too! Unlike other hotels that overdo their advertisements but disappoint on arrival, this one is simple but very complete. Things work as expected, rooms are well equipped, is comfortable and clean. Value is also good. We did not include breakfast but paid for it twice, it is a good option if you want the convenience to eat there.

Clean comfortable room with fridge, safe, iron, hairdryer and tea tray. Location excellent Staff really pleasant and helpful Breakfasts lots of choice and really nicely laid out and the best coffee ever - also best DIY toaster ever

In our room there were several sockets to use BUT were all almost at ground level underneath the shelf unit holding the tea tray and we had to get down on our knees to plug anything in. Also how in 2024 can a modern hotel not have any USB sockets for charging lap tops, phone etc - my husband has a cochlear implant which needs charging every night and the lack of USB sockets caused him anxiety so we had to borrow one from reception and then buy others so we could both keep our items charged - a big let down!!

Staff was amazing - the nicest people. During my stay I had a heat stroke and everybody was very helpful, and I am very grateful for it. The location is insanely good. Near the Metro station, so the way from the airport is not a problem. It's also in a walking distance from A LOT of a places, which you want to see - Gran Via, Chueca, history museum etc. I don't think, that you can find better for this price.

The rooms look a little bit outdated, but it's a taste thing. Matrass on the bed was a little bit lower on one side.

- Centrally located, close to the Alonso Martinez Metro station, which is well connected towards the airport and the train station. Despite the location, the hotel is in a restricted traffic area, so one should not experience noise issues when having a room towards the street. - Upon check-in I was given a free upgrade, which is of course always appreciated. In general, the staff was very friendly. - Spacious and modern room, with more than enough storage - Room was clean - WiFi was fast and easy to connect to - The Breakfast had a big selection of sweet and savoury dishes, including many local specialties. There was sufficient space in the breakfast room, so no wait times.

- The hotel needs to do some maintenance in the rooms, including fixing broken furniture and painting. - The design is... interesting. It all reminded me of a university cafeteria. But, you see that on the pictures provided by the hotel, so no reason to reduce the score. Addition Madrid: - In Spanish 4-star-hotels it's common to have fresh eggs prepared at the breakfast upon order - which wasn't the case here, but also wasn't the case for any Eurostars Hotel I stayed at in in Spain, so I assume that's a company standard. Not a big problem, but it's something the competitors have and Eurostars doesn't.

very clean, great location. rooms clean and functional. loads great shops and tapas places nearby. very safe to walk around and bedrooms quiet. ubers and taxi about the same price, plenty of them.

water jugs in reception were never filled. pointless having loads cups and no water. The outside seats on balcony were incredibly uncomfortable, more aesthetic than practical. shame really as we had sun all day but no where good to sit on. gym tiny.

Breakfast was fantastic - great selection of hot and cold food, especially fruits and desserts. We had a triple room and was surprised by how spacious it was. Rooms were very clean. Very close to Tribunal station. Staff were very friendly and spoke good English.

The air-conditioning in the room was very weak (even though it was on the strongest setting possible) so while the room wasn't warm or uncomfortable, it wasn't as cool as you would want it after a hot day.

The breakfast was a highlight of our stay at this property. While it was served in a student cafeteria style hall, the food selection and quality was very good.

The property is showing signs of being rundown. All chairs in our room were damaged with holes in the faux lether. The bottom of the bath tub had anti-slip matt that was dirty and needs to be replaced. The AC unit did not work, but it was quickly fixed once we reported it.
