The apartment is all equipped for laundry, cooking, relaxing, great water and comfy beds. The wifi is awesome and powerful enough to game on xbox!! Facilities include workout room with hand weights and machines to stay fit while on vacation, the pool is perfect to relax in the afternoon heat. The location is amazing from food, cafes, grocery stores, nail and hair salons. We love this apartment and it is very safe neighborhood. The managers are responsive to whatsapp messages and the cleaning staff is very friendly. All aroud would definately reccomend and rent again!!

Room is clean and equipped as expected. Coffee machine, iron, fan, TV, clean bed sheets, shampoo&gel. But room is smaller than it feels by photos. Sofa is not enough to fit 4 persons (even kids) in the room. Master bed installment doesn’t really touch the wall so one cannot lean back on the bed, which is weird design. Overall, it feels a bit old and used, not shiny new as on the photos. Kitchen tap was not fixed at all, this was super strange. Only one dishwasher detergent provided for four days of stay.

Location was very nice, lots of things to do. The apartment was very comfortable, the bed was great. There is a metro station right in front of the building, and the Retiro park is 15m away by foot.

I liked the location of the property as it was really close to the metro and bus lines. Me and my family also liked how there were gates with security code pads to enter the apartment. We ended up getting a bigger apartment than the one we requested (from a studio to an apartment with two floors and two showers). That was a nice upgrade! The apartment was very spacious and it made the stay feel more like a home rather than a hotel. The host was very attentive and responsive in making sure we had everything we needed.

We didn’t like how cold our room would get during the night. PS: my family gets cold easily so it might not be a problem for other people especially in the very hot summer weather.

Access to the building was a bit cumbersome

I had a great stay at this place! The location in the Salamanca district is ideal – close to a metro station, which makes it super easy to get around the city. The check-in process was smooth with convenient code access. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the appliances you might need, and the bed was really comfortable. Highly recommend

Central location, very close to metro and many establishments. Wifi was great for remote work. Communication with host was seamless. There was also a facility in the basement to store your luggage if needed, which was super helpful after I checked out.

The door marking was a little hard to find at first but I was able to find it in the end.

Everything was just perfect. Attention "A number 1". The hostess, superb... Effective and very quickly answers from him. I highly recommend it, good place, excellent location, apartment in extraordinary conditions. I will reserve it for my friends, family and partners in the future ocassions. Congrats!

Nothing to be honest...

The pool and gym were nice, especially the refreshing pool in the heat! Location was very convenient. Comfortable bed and excellent shower. Good air con and wifi.

The apartment needs a bit of renovation (a bit of paint and the cupboard door). Would be good to have a few basic amenities in the kitchen (eg oil, salt)

Nice clean studio at perfect location next to metro station but just outside of the city centre craziness. Comfortable bed and pillow, nice couch with tv to relax. Enough bakeries and restaurants around for breakfast or a drink. Bruno was always available to answer questions and I was allowed to check-in earlier as the apartment was already available. Really great service. There was storage available in the basement to use on the day of check-out.
