room size was great clean and in great location

check in is on 7th floor and there’s no option to leave the luggage at ground floor upon checkout so it was not comfortable getting the luggage upstairs in order to bring it downstairs later from our personal experience rest had very limited food choices and no gluten free options or gf knowledge (they mistakenly served gf dish that contained gluten) and the menu was not appealing to our kids. So we had to order in food just before the flight but since there is no common area we had nowhere to eat the food we ordered. we asked to sit outside in the balcony to eat there (there were no other people at the rest or the balcony) but we were refused

Overall, we had a nice stay at his hotel. The location is excellent- very centrally located to get around the main tourist areas. The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel facilities were nice. The rooftop bar is really nice too!

Despite our room being towards the back of the hotel and on the side street, there was quite a bit of noise late into the night. We weren’t expecting silence given the location, but there was trash pickup that seems to happen at 11:40pm each night. We could hear the sounds of the truck and the trash bins being dumped pretty loudly. We would also hear people yelling/singing in the streets very late into the night. It seemed that our window didn’t have a great seal, so maybe we were just unlucky - just worth mentioning if someone is a light/sensitive sleeper.

The hotel was very nice , the rooms were comfortable. When we checked in the wrong room was given to the wrong family member but we were told that it wouldn’t be a problem since we were all together and all a family. Well a very rude woman works at the desk occasionally and wouldn’t give my son a key. He has 2 small children and the name was different on the room because we were told not to worry since the check-in person made an error but we were family. She wouldn’t give him a key to his room. She was nasty and refused to understand. They called my son-in-law to ok it which took a very long time. And it was ridiculous because they really have no idea who my son called. If she was so worried about security that was ridiculous.

Treatment from one woman at the front desk

The location of the hotel is excellent. The rooms are relatively large and very comfortable. The cleaning service is very good and there is a hotel app that is very convenient to use and request services from the hotel. There is a mini bar that can be used freely.

The breakfast is really simple. There is not much supply of vegetables, the pastries and bread are very dry. Sometimes you have to wait a long time for the elevator because there is a restaurant and a bar on the last floor that is frequented by many people who are not staying at the hotel. The hotel entrance is not welcoming.

Nice, modern style, comfortable with attention to practícal and funny details. Location is fantastic: Almost all neighbourhoods and sites are within 30 min walking distance. It is in a relatively quiet sidestreet of the granvia, we were on the 6th Floor and had no problems with street noise. They have a fab rooftop terrace, which we unfortunately couldn’t use because of bad weather.

It is a fantastic hotel, but the price was in my opinión extremely high in the days we were here. It had to to with the festive week, and room prices were extremely high all over Madrid.

Location is good, very central. The room was good, very quiet inside considering that our windows looked at the Gran Via. The breakfast was not fabulous, but very good with many options.

The room was called townhome with one main area and a den with a sofa bed which was good option for a family of three travelling with a teenager. However, only one toilet and a single glass shower did not provide enough privacy. Gluten free options are very limited at the breakfast. But generally, in Spain, gluten free or plant based milk options are very rudimentary.

I didn't plan to end up here. I had some problems with my flight to the states and frustrated as I was, I started browsing hotels in Booking. I just wanted a nice clean place not far away from the center so I can sleep. For some reason, all hotels were really expensive and fully booked. In a hurry I've booked Innside. And that was a great decision. I've later learned that Real was playing vs Bayern and that was the reason why hotels were full. Innside was everything that I wanted. In the city center. Clean, spacious rooms. Very polite staff. When they saw I bet they thought I was seeking asylum. Night of no sleep can do that to a man. They've checked fast and got me a room even before noon that day, which I appreciate greatly. So, 12 points to the girls at the reception desk. Restaurant is excellent one. Good coffee, excellent breakfast . Nothing to complain about. Restaurant staff also 12 points :)

Don't want to look for something just to fill this box. All was good.

Location was perfect, very near from restaurants, shops, Retiro park... could not have been better. Breakfast was also good, with a variety of things to choose from and to be had in a pretty salon. The room was big and the bed was very comfortable.

I asked for slippers and they would charge me for a pair, which I think is ridiculous in a 4 star hotel. Besides, they did not have any coffee machine in the room (which I valued from most of 4 stars hotels I had been to). The service is correct, I would not say it is excellent. The shower is separated from the toilet, which can be uncomfortable if you share the room with someone who you don't prefer they see you naked.

Great location if you want to be in the centre of Madrid. Good size bedroom. Staff was nice. The rooftop is fun. It has a small fitness room which is appreciated.

The shower is kind of open so it is uncomfortable to shower if you are with someone who is not your partner. They should try and rethink the bathroom situation to make it more comfortable for families and friends who can share a room.

Location and cleanliness was amazing

We loved the staff especially the security guard downstairs Jambroni and the lady security guard at the downstairs reception was absolutely amazing! There was one receptionist on the 7th floor he was a gentleman that was the most lazy person we have ever come across, always annoyed to help and never offered anything. I didn’t get his name but he was working on the morning we checked out on May 22nd around 8am, very unhelpful man. Overall everything else was amazing!
