Everything! We booked a superior room and it was what we expected. It's a brand new hotel and everything was perfect and fairly new. The room was spacious and had all the things we needed. We had 2 big suitcases and there was plenty of room. The beds were super comfortable and everything else just perfect. Downtown can be reached in 20min on foot or 10 by bus - there are stops opposite the hotel so really handy. Also, there is a shopping mall literally next door so plenty of options there too. Parking was easy and affordable too so a great experience.

Nothing really! We were happy to have chosen Sercotel Rosaleda. The staff were great too (especially Enrique) so we have nothing negative to say about the hotel!

This hotel is adjoining to a shopping mall, which was quite convenient for us. The parking place is in the shopping's parking, but with direct access to the hotel lobby. The room and bathroom were modern and comfortable. Our room had a nice balcony. The bathroom toiletries were great. There is a nice coffee shop in the lobby, and we chose to have breakfast there. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel is out of the city center, but about 20 -30 mins flat walking distance, so not bad if you don't mind walking. It would be useful to have a toilet brush in the bathroom.

Excellent hotel with big, comfy beds. The roof terrace is a great spot to chill. We ended up getting a room with its own balcony, both amazing sun spots! Lovely all-day cafe with a big selection of food and drinks. Dinner in the restaurant was top notch, I recommend the Hamburguesa. It was cooked to perfection! The chef is talented. Breakfast was also delicious and big range to choose from. Most of the staff were welcoming and friendly towards us. The cleaning ladies are also lovely and helpful. I think we got a really good deal for 6 nights.

The only thing we struggled with it the location. It was around 40 minutes from the centre and the beach, we spent a lot of money getting taxis. Not being from here, catching the buses were confusing. Not their fault, though. Just keep in mind if staying here. On the flip side, the location was good due to being next to the shopping centre and we found cool local tapas and spots for drinks. A couple of the staff were laughing at me and speaking about me in Spanish (they thought I wouldn't realise, but I speak Spanish), which I found disheartening.

I only did the breakfast once but the reception area coffee shop/bar was very good. Good choice of sandwiches, savouries, tortilla and desserts was very good and fresh, served all day till approx 7 30pm. Dinner was then served from 8pm to 9.45pm. A little late, I would have preferred from 7pm, very limited menu, but what we ate was good. Excellent location. Shopping Mall adjoined with shops to suit all, cafes and good restaurants. Quiet location apart from one noisy night which was addressed rapidly by night staff, just inconsiderate guests.

Some of the coffee shop staff were very sullen and could not cope at all with more than a couple of customers at a time. Very noticeable attitudes. A few times our room was not serviced until after 3pm so we could not go for a rest. Checkout rooms should take 2nd place.

Our stay was perfect! With the small cafe in the ground floor we had a every morning a delicious small breakfast with some pastries and an orange juice and coffee. Personal was super friendly and the bed was comfy!

The hotel is about a 30 min walk from the downtown, so for people who don‘t like to walk the location could be a disadvantage. For us it was no problem as we used it as a chill evening or morning walk. Then two things which are a bit unconveniant: we only received one hotelcard instead of 2 (1 p.p). The other thing is that you cannot enter the building with your hotelcard (no card reader) after certain time in the evening/night. You can only enter by ringing the doorbell to inform the reception, to let you in.

Great location, direct bus #17 to the city center, nice and clean room & bathroom. Good air-conditioning. Hotel is place just next to the shopping mole which is additional benefit. On the roof there was a small and shallow pool but this was a great opportunity for people who wanted to avoid crowds on the beach. Downstairs in the hotel lobby there was a cafeteria with fresh pastries, croissants, etc. Many sweet, delicious baked goods were also served during breakfast, including cakes/pastries.

Very small choice of vegetables in the breakfast offer - no cucumber or lettuce. In fact for vegetarian it was very limited choice.

The hotel was absolutely wonderful, new, and sparkling clean. The staff were exceptionally polite and attentive. My room was delightful, with a large comfortable bed, a smart TV that easily connected to my phone, a safe for valuables, and a spacious, beautifully clean bathroom. The housekeeping staff were very kind and meticulous in their work. There was a charming café on the ground floor and a restaurant on the first floor. The breakfast was fantastic, with everything fresh and delicious. The top floor boasted a stunning terrace and pool, which was my favorite spot. I often spent hours there relaxing, enjoying a drink, and soaking up the sun. My only complaint was that the terrace closed at 9 pm. Another minor issue was that the soundproofing in my room was quite poor. Even with the window closed, I could still hear noise from outside. If I were to rate the hotel out of 10, I would give it an 8. I deducted one point for the lack of soundproofing in the windows and another point for the hotel's slightly inconvenient location, which was a bit far from the city center." If you'd like to make it even more concise, you could say: "The hotel was excellent, with friendly staff, clean rooms, and a great rooftop terrace. However, the soundproofing was poor and the location was a bit far from the city center. Overall, I would rate it 8/10."

The room was very comfortable, so quiet. The service at the hotel was excellent and prompt. The 24 hour reception was invaluable, because we were mother and daughter travelling together. The staff polite, friendly and helpful. Location excellent for walking to central Malaga and for taking public transport, amongst several trips we travelled to Nerja, Benalmadena, and Marbella. Positively, memorable trip during a difficult family time. Good value. Thank you.

The pool wasn’t as we expected. For us this was not an issue, but I could understand why some people might be disappointed.

The property is brand new with modern clean interior. The rooms are spacious and smelt lovely (actually the whole hotel smells lovely and fresh). The staff were all helpful and polite. The hotel is attached to a shopping mall and has everything you could need for your stay. There is also a bus stop right outside. The breakfast was plentiful with a good choice and certainly value for money. There is also a small cafe downstairs which had some lovely sandwiches and pastries. All in all I couldn’t find any fault and thoroughly enjoyed my stay

The hotel is a little way from the town centre. It’s about a 30 ish min walk. This isn’t the properties fault as it does state the distance. It’s a pleasant walk but is uphill coming back. Maybe not the best choice if you have small children. Again not the properties fault just a helpful tip
