Very tasteful and spacious apartment, with air-conditioning, and stylish and simple decor. There is a lift. Quick response from the manager to any enquiry that I might have. It was about an eight minute walk to the main station, which is the central point for all travel.

As I was travelling alone, it was hard to find anything in a more reasonable price range. It was more costly than I would usually consider, but it was nice. There is a square outside where teenagers play team ball games in the evening, but they have a curfew around nine o'clock, and it is quiet after that.

We were all delighted with our stay at the Boc Suites. The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed. The staff are all so friendly and helpful, it was so convenient being able to speak via WhatsApp during our stay for any queries. The location was perfect too, just far enough to be away from the main city noise, but within 10 min walk of shops/restaurants etc. I will definitely return to Palma and will book with Boc Suites again.

Immaculate, comfortable, everything you need. Brilliant show that sells everything you could possibly need on the doorstep. WhatsApp was a brilliant idea and answered very quickly to any questions.

The only one small thing was the lager of the two bedrooms could have done with curtains which could possibly be attached the doors so as to not allow the kitchen light in.

Fabulous! We stayed 10 days in the apartment 32. The apartment is very spacious, with a really exceptional sound insulation! The bed room is equipped with a very large and comfortable bed. The bathroom is complete, with a large shower. In the kitchen, we found everything we need for a comfortable stay. The terrace is incredible! Everything is very clean. The service, via WhatsApp, available all day ,is very efficient: we contacted the service on 2 points and both were resolved at our satisfaction. The apartment is well located, in the town center close at a walking distance from the bus station (plazza Espana), and the pedestrian streets with the main points of interest. The beaches can easily be reached by bus... or even on foot (this is what we did). We recommend this place to anyone who wishes to have a very pleasant stay in Palma!

Our preference would have been to have a washing machine in the apartment. But we used the one in the residence and it was no issue.

Liked access to 24 hour reception so we could leave our bags before and after check out. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The apartment was clean, towels lovely and soft and toiletries were provided. There was also bottles of water provided in the fridge. The beds were super comfy. We were in appartment 01, so we also had access to an outside area with a table, chairs, and chilling sofa. Although we were on the ground floor, there was no road noise. There were some good restaurants close by and 2 large supermarkets, which was very convenient. The train station is only a 5 minute walk away

Not a problem for us as there were only 2 of us but there is only one bathroom. The apartment is not in the centre so about a 20 min walk to get to the centre and about 30 mins to the beach. A lot of the everyday plates and glasses were on high shelves in the cupboards, and we wouldn't reach them without using a chair.

Really spacious, well equipped and excellent location walking distance to restaurants, supermarket and the city center. The terrace was wonderful. Easy Check-in.

We saw a cockroach in the bathroom and one in the lobby (in their defense, the whole city is flooded with them and we were on the first floor). So beware of not letting open luggage on the floor

Nice location, all aminities are close and at walking distance. The team I communicated with was accurate, quick and polite in their communication.

It would have been nice to meet and greet someone but I knew already that during the low season there is no reception.

The apartment is quite spacious and clean. You can find mainly all the facilities, variety of shops nearby, public transport station providing connection in different directions. Staff is really friendly and helpful.

Lack of parking place. If you rent a car and want to stay here, you will spend an hour each day to find a parking slot in the street either it is paid or free. Too far from beaches. If you plan to spend more time at the seaside, this choice is not the best one

Very clean and comfortable apartment within a short walk to the old town. Supermarkets, bakeries, fruitshops, bars all within a very close distance of the apartment. Beds were very comfortable and the area is quiet at night. Very good and fast communication with staff through email and WhatsApp.
